Protien shake Bread, egg, coffee, palak paneer/chicken, yogurt, granola (made from alot of healthy amalgamation) what is wrong with all this... we all have it in some or the other ways.. and if its not obvious to alot of ppl "what i eat in a day" doesnt means she eats the same food daily.. and obviously you do you.. I didn't found anything wrong with this.. and yes Deb you're indeed a SNACK. ❤❤

Try Millet Granola by True Elements, its also 100% natural and has no chemicals whatsoever. Ita delish i eat almost every day for breakfast. Although i like it with milk because i get very very hungry but you can eat however you want
People cribbing about how less she is eating. Everyone's appetite is different When you are at home you don't feel that hungry most of the time. I ate poha for breakfast, maggie for lunch and no dinner as I am working from home and don't feel the need to eat. She just mentioned what she eats in a day and not "every day". Also not everybody has to follow what she eats . Give her a break
Thank u so much debashree for this video.. i was always a healthy eater like this and regularly used to exercise upto a point that i got abs for almost 4-5 months... then alas i got affected by my surroundings and started being lazy and eating like how others decided for me. This video inspires me.. specially the negative comments where people mostly just spew hate and advice half of the time whereas if you meet them in real life they wont be even having a fit body themselves. Thanks for sharing this with us without the fear of being judged. You go girl 💪

I don’t think she is eating less..she is eating small potions -frequent but filling and healthy.I just have a suggestion - kindly put the food which u prepare in batches in an air tight container and then refrigerate cuz believe it or not our fridge has loads of micro organsims plus it keeps the food really fresh...umm and kindly incorporate local /seasonal/organic produce if possible.yea thats all i guess.\/
