Hi..don't u think that all the components ud installed on yr boat is too complicated?..or not,im not sure..but,if its me,would it be much easier n simpler to use the old fashion paddling by hand..anyway,hope u don't forget to enjoy life,n be safe always..bye.
I think the gearing could be quite a bit higher. She's really peddling that thing but the boat isn't moving very fast. however more speed also equates to more wear as well so its a toss I would suppose.

Les problèmes techniques qui se posent sont nombreux : - matériau et architecture de la coque, - le calfeutrage rigoureux pour une étanchéité optimale, - le mode de propulsion, - le gouvernail. - le lieu de construction sachant qu'il sera utilisé sur le lac. Je crois que l'embarras n°1 après avoir choisi une propulsion type pédalo (la plus abordable, énergie "renouvelable", économique et écologique) et pris l'option d'une construction en bois (flotte naturellement, se trouve plus facilement, plus aisé à travailler, etc.), c'est sans doute d'élaborer la superstructure de la coque. En premier lieu il t'a fallu donner forme à l'esquif, ici il s'agit d'une chaloupe hybride alliant le fond plat de la plate et la coque en V pour le grand volume intérieur en fond plat et la meilleure pénétration dans l'eau de la coque en V. Ensuite il faut créer l'armature et toutes ses pièces constitutives de manière très précise. Une liste du matériel métallique nécessaire est dressée et la chaloupe sera construite là où se trouvent les matériels avec les outils amenés ou mis à disposition (c'est l'idéal car plus facile et agréable à faire que sur la berge , la mise à l'eau pourra se faire par portage après sollicitation des bras musclés familiaux. La conception du bateau et sa viabilité constituent à mon sens la phase capitale de sa réalisation, croquis à l'appui. Je salue (en tirant mon 🎩) une nouvelle fois tes capacités intellectuelles prodigieuses qui t'ont permis d'élaborer et de mettre au point cette embarcation. 👍👍💪💪💞💞❤❤. La suite demain.
Knows what brand of tool to buy that's for sure! She even stick welds and tell you what I don't know very many males that can do that besides myself and professional welders. She musta built this after the island build as that took over a year. It ain't very fast but it doesn't hafta be AND it floats! Please either use a lock nut or a lock washer and 2nd nut on that prop or most surely you'd be losing that prop and then up the river without a paddle! Be safe...

Please tell me they weren't "sunglasses" she used when welding?! Sunglasses *DO NOT* protect your eyes *IN ANY WAY* when welding. Neither does closing your eyelids. I commend her abilities to date. But this video was just cringe worthy.
Welding goggles. They have various strength levels the one's I had you could easily look directly at the sun here in Florida all day long and it would not affect your vision in the slightest. I used full face shield though or you'd get sunburnt pretty quick however she didn't do enough welding there to matter. Basically just spot welding.
