Goma At Home: Lechon Belly with Caesar Salad

- Lechon in any form is a favorite of many Filipinos. Serving Lechon usually connotes a feast or a celebration amongst family or friends.
Today, I'll show you how to prepare Lechon Belly with really crunchy skin. I will also make Caesar Salad to balance the richness of the pork and to add nutrients to this happy meal.
The Ingredients are :
Pork Belly
Shallots
Sili
Blck pepper
Garlic
Salt
Onion leeks
Lemongrass
Ginger
Laurel leaves
Doña Elena Pomace Olive Oil
Caesar Salad Ingredients:
Sourdough bread
Parsley
4 egg yolks
Anchovies
Mustard
Garlic
Worcestershire Sauce
Hot sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Doña Elena Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil

You were one of the teen actors whom my highschool classmates would swoon to, but I digress. To avoid using a lot chopping boards ..cut the vegetables first then the meat..it's cleaner that way🤷♀️

Next time, can you please show us your LAING recipe? I don’t think we have fresh taro leaves here but we have the dried ones in packs. We also don’t have fresh coconuts but we do have coconut in cans in both milk and cream. Is there a difference between the two?
