RWBY「AMV」- Never Wake Again

- I don't own RWBY and it is the property of Rooster Teeth. The song is Never Wake Again by JT Machinima.
It feels refreshing to make an AMV that doesn't have overlays. I know some people are divided on whether or not they improve a video, but after having them in almost all my AMVs, it's nice to just have a clear one.
You know, now that I think about it, there are a lot of similarities between RWBY and Bloodborne, but one thing sticks out to me in particular. Roman. Why do I feel like Roman would fit perfectly within Bloordborne? He dresses in that almost Victorian style that's tweaked just enough to be different like Bloodborne, just change Melodic cudgel in to the threaded cane and he fits right in. Even his ideals would work really well in Bloodborne, seeing as he thinks the world is fucked up and cruel and he thinks you should just do what you can to survive.
Just like Fallout, some of the fanfiction crossovers are pretty good

Powder Keg
Roman woke to the creek of a wheelchair, and a reedy voice muttering in the dark.
"Oh yes... Paleblood... Well, you've come to the right place."
It was small comfort considering, but at least his informant had given him the correct intel this go around. Now where exactly his "right place" was happened to be up in the air. And... Was he strapped to a gurney?
"Yharnham is the home of blood ministration. You need only unravel its mystery. But where's an outsider like yourself to begin?"
The old timer leaned close, and cracked a crooked grin.
"Easy. With a bit of Yharnham blood of your own. But first, you'll need a contract."
"Hey whoa!" Roman raised himself as best he was able, given the number of straps holding him in place, "No one said I'd be signing anything. Y'see I like a little plausible deniability in the event that-"
His head swam. His vision went black.
"In the event that-"
Yep... It's official. This is happening.
But in all seriousness, *how* do these JT Machinima songs go so well with RWBY clips?!
they're edgy but not enough to make it to "wake me up inside" levels,
RWBY is also moderately edgy soooo it... works?
edit: RWBY just recently reached "blake me up inside" levels

I have no idea. If it weren't for the mention of Yharnam in the lyric's you'd think this song wade for RWBY.

I was never expecting to hear a JTMachinima song used as a RWBY AMV, and I have to say it works really well.
Ian noneofyourbusiness Me and Primordial Paper do JT Machinima into RWBY AMVS, they do work very well.
JTMachinima's songs are awesome, and so is RWBY, I can see them working well haha
It was this song that got me into RWBY AMVs. But it was Apotheosis's AMV that did it. This one was nice, too!

another beautiful rwby amv. though a few scenes don't match the lyrics like your amv' s usually do, but I'm chalking that up to the song choice and time. over all it's pretty good. especially the " look in my eyes, demon inside" parts

I don't know too much about video editing, but did you do something to make the difference in animation between the different seasons less noticeable? Especially in the beginning of the video I barely see a difference.
If that really is all, it does wonders for the look of the clips.
I increase the saturation, and decrease the brightness a little bit.
As usual, great amv with timing and sequencing, but not a big fan of the song. Most of the lyrics went to with it except the whole "demon inside", that only really works yang and maybe some of the villians like cinder.
Still I like all your videos, so keep up the good work
And if you want a recommendation for a good song for a RWBY AMV, check out "Warrior" by Disturbed, if I were getting into the AMV game, that would be the first song I use

I use Sony Vegas Pro 13. I'm not quite sure about those songs, but I'll definitely look into it.
