I'd like to know if Andy Byford thought to consider outsourcing station maintenance, clean up, and repairs to private companies that can do it faster and cheaper? Seriously, the way MTA workers clean up is so pathetic. I've seen it. And I thought, I can do a better job than that. A cloth and a spray bottle is just lousy.
