I guess the prosecution will address cohens previous history of lying by reminding the jury that he admitted the crime and did his time, and since then has been very outgoing on the trump crime family. It wasn't open threats or instigating others to violence. In one of the biggest cases of his career, the Trump lawyer basically asked a personal question that had no relevance to the trial.
