Although the rear shaft gets the most wear, it is wise to check the front shaft u-joint, the carrier bearing and the mounting donuts. If you have any driveshaft vibration, one of those may be the culprit. The nice thing is that a driveshaft of this small diameter does not likely need balancing, just check for dents and rusted off balance weights.
