I've tried many brands of sneakers. Then I realized 'ERKE ' from China is the best. Other parts are ok with other brands but the heel grip is superb for ERKE. It's comfortably tight. Other brands don't see this when they engineered the shoes. If the heels are loose what can you do? You can't run, you can't fight.
In the UK it's all about running trainer's and hiking trainers at the moment. Such as. hoka, oncloud, and Asics, and you can't go wrong with a pair of Nike 110s (air max 95s)
