People want to hear the love for Jesus, they need to hear why you love him so much… I think that’s what attracts people to Christ through the music. It’s like.. wow, I just listened to a love song about a man (Jesus) that this person has never met in the flesh. Do you focus on your job? Do you have conversations about your work? There is literally nothing wrong with followers of Jesus discussing their craft in depth. Excellence in the way you work/ what you create glorifies God, and is worship to God. Are Christians not allowed to have conversations about their work? Not everyone is called to be a literal preacher. You can preach Jesus through waiting tables, construction working, preaching, or being an artist. People are hyper critical of artists for some reason.

Our commision is to preach the gospel and make disciples not sell our personal merch. I love Terrians music but as a Christian I am disappointed that the opportunity wasn’t taken to be more forward in glorifying Jesus.
