This visa is perfect for someone who has family in Australia and wants to spend a longer period than just 3 months on the standard e- visitor visa.

Hi! Would it be possible to get this longer stay visa for my parents as I am studying in Australia as international student? Sounds good as it allows to stay upto 12 months!
Hlo sir,can we visit 2 or 3 times with one year of E-visa. Means if stays 60 days and come back my country, then can I visit again with this 1 year e visa.
Hello everyone
I need a serious suggestion please
I am marrying very soon with my girlfriend who lives in Vietnam and i live in Australia(AustralianCitizen).
Could you guys please advise me which visa should I apply for her to bring her quicker and how long roughly does it take to get visa. Please advise me according to your experience
Thank you indeed guys.
My parents applied for the visitor visa for 03 months and then again extended for 01 year onshore !! Can they apply for another visa without going back to home country for 06 months?
Hi,
Great content, really appreciate.
I have one doubt regarding 12 months say in 18 months as my parents are currently on Visa 600 granted for 3 years with the above condition.
Question is: if my parents stayed for 8 months then went back to home country, now 4 month is pending in that 18 months, now if they visit Australia within that 18 months period, will they be able to stay just 4 months, or 12 months new cycle will start?
Please suggest.
Hello Ayush, did you able to find this answer??
Thanks for this informative video.
I have a relative who is granted a multiple entry 3 year Visitor 600 Visa. However, the passport on which this Visa is granted is only valid for 3 months. Do you know if they can travel to Australia on a 3 month valid passport?
I understand that they can also renew their passport from Australia
You should be able to update the passport and link it to the visa
Is this a good idea for myself being a Canadian citizen and my wife is an Australian citizen. I want to stay longer than 3 months to visit her but not sure if this visa would work? I do not want to apply for the partner visa yet as we cannot afford the large amount for it.
Hi, if you just want to extend your stay temporarily a visitor visa is a good option
@@Pathwaytoaus hey, sorry, which visitor visa can I apply for to extend my stay while on a eta visa? thank you.
Hi, My dad is currently in Australia with us on a multiple-entry Visitor visa (subclass 600) that is valid for three years, but he is only allowed to stay for one year. Is there a way to extend his stay without having to return to his home country? Thank you in advance.
It is incredibly difficult to extend a visitor visa past 12 months. You need to show compelling and compassionate circumstances.
Will my PR sibling be able to sponsor me? And how likely it is to be granted 3 years
You would want to look at the 491 visa - family sponsored stream
Good morning please I'm looking
Is there's a way to convert evisitor visa into a visa that allows me to stay and work for a longer period?
My father died two months ago and my mother is not in good health.
Entry and exit throughout the year is very expensive....
Thanks
Hi, you potentially can look at the standard visitor visa (Subclass 600). This allows you to remain in Aus for up to 12 months.
Will my son who (holding 485 Visa Hong Kong Stream) be able to sponsor me for this Long Visa? He’s a Veterinarian and working in Brisbane. Thank you 🙏
You may not need a sponsor for this visa.
@@Pathwaytoaus Big thanks for replying me. What visa should I apply if I want to stay with my son for 1-2 years in Brisbane? 🙏
How long is the visa processing would take for 12mos. I applied subclass 600 for my mother in law for 3months got approved after 10days. I applied for my mom and dad for 12mos still waiting. Its been more than 3mos now still waiting. 😩
It completely depends on the country of passport. Some is 1 - 2 weeks. Others are 3 months +
Can i stay more than 3months without exit if my visitors visa is multiple entry. What can i do i need to file an extension or i need to exit
You could potentially apply for a new visa onshore. Be sure to apply before the visa expires.
Sir, Australia tourist visa to can possible to convert work permit.
Hi, yes you may be able to apply for a work visa from onshore.

It should be getting a lot easier within the next few months
@@Pathwaytoaus it's not getting a lot easier it's getting far far worse , my son and grandchildren live there ,I'm well aware if the hell Melbourne is , with their medical apartheid and the vile way they treating people and children , I want to get in in compassionate grounds so that I can help my son ,
