Doctor told me I suffer TJM dependency & need to go to a Leaper Colony. All the best for 2025 Brett and please keep producing these very enjoyable episodes. Thanks, Dave.
The Arden saloons look nicer than the XKR IMHO. Happy New Year to you and your family Brett. Thanks for your content during 2024. You certainly know your Jags.
Enjoying your videos. We have a 2000 XKR that was sold new with the R-Performance upgrade of Brembo brakes & 20" BBS Detroit wheels. That Arden is a lovely car but we prefer our Jags as they came from the factory styling wise as its so hard to improve on perfection. Please keep the videos coming & have a happy & safe 2025.
Time to get your buffer out and clean your XKR, I bet yours will come up nice too. You may be able to find some body and light upgrades to make yours a little sharper to. Happy New year. looking forward to more XKR content from you in 2025!
Brett you know I always like watching your videos, thanks for taking us along to see this high end car. But the name Arden I could not live with as my mates would ridicule it and call it the hardon. LOL
PLEASE feel free to buy it and send it to me as a belated Christmas Present.I am sure they are going to want a bloody fortune for that car and they really should fix all blemishes especially that spoiler scrape.
Nice car but the way the "Arden" bonnet scoops are secured is more Bert's Back Street Garage by the look of the long setscrew threads and what look like bits of timber to clamp the mesh trims to the bonnet. I would prefer a factory XKR myself.
@@tjmthejagmandownunder thanks for the info, I think that is a good price, looks like a great vehicle, might be a good new year present? Happy new year Brett! Hope you have a wonderful new year ahead, cheers to you and your family

I like your low end reclamation projects best. You have an amazing ability to revive them and give them new life.
Hi Brett, I ended up buying this car , very happy with purchase cheers Greg
That's awesome, Greg. Did you see it via my video? enjoy, I'm jealous!

That color is so sexy. Reads black until you get light on it. Perfect spec. And I learned way more about Arden. Great video! Happy New Year!
I just bought a 97 XK8 couple classic, fawn. Im in love with it.

Hi Brett, I have a 1983 Arden XJS. It was purchase from Duncan Hamilton's in the UK. They had an early association with Arden
This was a real treat Brett what a super nice car and to you and wifey a very Happy New Year from Andy & Sue Allen
Thanks very much, Andy and Sue! All the best for the New Year!
Lister were the best Jaguar partners for performance and looks.
TJM, Great video love these cars. Nice looking example, pity Arden rear calliper has been replaced with standard. A rare beast indeed, regards Damian
Hi Damien

Tastefully done, not overstated, could easily pass unrecognised.

Much nicer than a Lister in my opinion?
Not sure about it. It looks a bit gimmicky to me. I think I prefer the original. Happy 2025!
Happy New Year
I know what you mean, but I think it's just right
