Hi Chris & and Miriam, we enjoy your content. We were up that way in August/September, nothing wrong, Elenbrae scones! We noticed your Garmin is it the military spec unit & do you run Hema maps? We have a Hema HN7 and have had nothing but trouble with it, so I am looking for a reliable upgrade. Safe Travels

Hey guys you are not the only ones but your audio levels between music and your narrative is not very good mainly the music is way hot. Not knowing what software your using to edit all i can only suggest is use your ears and dont look at some meter/bar graph. I'm a grumpy old ex TV sound guy Cheers Pete
All good. I do use my ears. And headphones. And computer speakers. It takes hours just to work on audio. It’s been a problem for years. So much so we are actually going to be cutting back on travel content. Can’t be bothered with all the work that goes into it anymore. WA is our last lot of vids. Sorry about the audio. But I literally give up. 👍🏼
That’s a shame you are packing away the cameras etc but I struggle just with uploading Facebook and Insta pics as a full time traveller, I can imagine the effort that has to go into RUclips episodes! Sometimes it’s nice to just get out there and enjoy what you are doing and not worry about what others ‘need to see’ ❤

I spent 40 In broadcast audio and producers always complained about the time (budget) spent on audio post. So i do uderstand the frustrations with the whole thing. I must say your content is above most of the traveling full time shows, Im sorry to hear you are going to cut back on content. I'm going to have to find another way to enjoy a glass of red at night. We used to have the Hema but found it too glitchy. This is the Garmin OVERLANDER and it’s been amazing! 😁

Yes. We will still do some long form video, just not as much. And not much travel content. We are shifting the focus to short form. 🫶🏼🙏🏼
