Devo ammettere che qui mi sei e mi siete piaciuti di più. Valutate tutte le aziende, molto valide e torna quasi tutti per la maggiore rispetto alle mie analisi e considerazioni
Buongiorno, quale discount rate avete utilizzato per il metodo del DCF? I valori che vengono, non solo per questa azienda ma per anche altre che presentate solo molto elevati rispetto lo stesso metodo fatto su excel per esempio

Ciao Luca, arriverà un momento in cui potremo cercare i titoli che hanno determinati parametri? Così risulta difficile andarli ad analizzare 1 a 1. Magari filtrandoli si individuano meglio. Spero sia una cosa prevista in futuro! Grazie mille, avete creato uno strumento utilissimo per tutto!

Nel frattempo però potresti provare lo screener di Trading view e poi da li selezionare solo le aziende per cui hai messo i filtri che ti interessano
ho provato a controllare i dividendi di campari con inves.... Non coincidono con quello che rappresenti. Li vedo in decrescente
