We are leaving the city of Denver Colorado as we get to climb over the Rockies of the former Rio grande Railroad which is now owned by BNSF and Union Pacific we will climb the front gains for an elevation of 969 ft The 6 and 1/2 mile long Moffitt tunnel will mark the high point on our journey we be in the cab of the locomotive and we'll see some track side views as well
