Your video was super helpful, but what do you think about a bow tie on radiant? Also, what would be the ideal proportions on a radiant stone to have an excellent cut? For what I seen the GIA doesn't grade cuts for fancy shapes. Is this true? Thank you

Hello... I know you said you wouldn't go lower than G in color, but would I be very ok going with an H color, GIA certified radiant cut mounted in platinum as far as still looking white? Thank you

What do you personally prefer, cushion/radiant or round brilliant?

I've been going back & forth about an Emerald or Radiant. I know it's personal preference. But what would you recommend?

I like both, however radiant cuts are better at hiding inclusions because they have more facets, therefore you could purchase a stone with a lower clarity grade and the inclusions would be extremely hard to see with the naked eye.
Emerald cuts have large open facets which makes you see straight into the stone and this makes the inclusions more obvious in lower clarity grade stones.

    Always buy an engraved stone.
Always look at three stones at your diamond showing.
If you’re buying from a display case, never, never let the item out of your site. Display jewelry isn’t “custom made “ , instead many pieces of the same design are sold and the jeweler always displays his finest example. Don’t let him/her swap it in the back of the store, where the similar items are stored.
