  • How to load a wavetable into Europa and then manipulate the sound for some dirty, glitchy synth textures. (Ignore the chorus effect, I failed to actually turn on the effect. D'oh! Sorry.)

I'm afraid you forgot to actually activate that Chorus effect ;)

Oh shoot, you're right. I selected the module but didn't turn on the effect, geez. I would comment on this right in the video but RUclips is no longer allowing annotations... darn. Thanks so much for pointing out this mistake.

Nice Vid, I learn something. However, can you please advise how you got Ableton to recognize Europe as plugin? I'm currently using rewire to use Reason synths in Ableton 9.

Thanks for watching. Did you download the VST version from Propellerhead? Once you've installed the VST version it should show up automatically in Live, assuming that Live is looking at the right VST folder in your system. (You can set Live's VST folder location in Live's Preferences.) www.propellerheads.se/europa

    Hi Hawk ,
This might sound stupid but , with reason on the player which has the scales n chords , well is there a way I can connect other instruments on to it instead of the id8 . Hope this makes sense to on what I’m trying to ask lol.
    Thanks your the man HAWK

Yes. First drag in your instrument, such as Subtractor, Thor, Europa, whatever. Then, drag in the Player and drop it on top of your instrument. The connection will be made automatically, you won't see connections in the back, just record arm the instrument's track in the Sequencer and you'll hear the Player you dragged in. Hope this helps.
