I just found your video. I love it! I found it very easy to follow along and write notes without having to pause every other second. I actually like the slow mo, it's often hard to follow people that do things fast or even at their normal working speed. I don't expect everyone to speak English, so the lack of voice instructions isn't an issue. BTW reading badly translated instructions has caused some messed up food.

Все очень красиво! Но как вы разрезали во втором рецепте тесто непонятно! Оператор прыгал с одного края теста на другой ( хотя там ничего не происходило. Нож был в другом месте!) отсюда и неясности ! Но все красиво! Благодарю.
