He's had a lot of mistresses. Also she helped him so much in business and his status in that vile family of his. With all that backstabbing, you'd think they'd all have bodyguards and wear kevlar vests even when going to the loo. Wow! The FL is lucky she git out of that animal farm alive.
I believe the first mistress was the pianist she talks about at the end. After he caused her miscarriage I believe she stayed to plan her revenge and then put it into action. As she says that level of Intel doesn't happen overnight. Such through revenge takes time
