floyd would fight the same as shane did, but floyd would use that right! i think manny would get tagged clean alot against floyd.. it just depends if he can take it! if he can i see manny getting through cleanly eventually..but i dont think it will be as easy for him to hit floyd

manny isn't the hardest puncher he's faced. it's the fact that he was being blasted by 8 oz gloves as opposed to the standard 10 oz. gloves.

Corley gave a wrong shoes that created a problem on Shane's foot during the fight. He should have given him a running shoes instead.
@tenfoldsoffspring I think he dealt with him fairly easily. Didn't even meet his average punch count, 300 less than the margarito fight. Knocked him down once and barely got touched in the process. But I guess thats down to Mosley not really being there for a fight...
@jaydarenegade Floyd had a higher percentage of connects against Mosley. He didn't find Mosley hard to hit, unlike Pacquiao.
I think it's a great fight because Floyd can outbox him but he'll always have the threat of Pacquiao's power. It will be very intense.

Mayweather sparring partners themselves said Mayweather was more scared of his Pac-Mans speed. But damn now people are realizing that Pac-Mans power is crazy and it's because of those wrist size. And your shoes will sell out cause Shane "Lightinig Legs" Mosley showed they instantly give you tremendous movement in all directions! Also Money stayed in close on Mosley as well Understand Pac needs you to retreat from him so he can lunge in or he needs you to press him so he can punch with you(cant hurt him). Thank you for sharing this video. It's a breath of fresh air to see an unclouded, unemotional view from someone who has fought Floyd. We usually see those who lost to Floyd, become Floyd nuthuggers because of a nice payday, but not Corley. I wonder why? Whatever reason, I will stick to my own technical beliefs and use this video as a backup to my claims.

Corely fought a lightweight FM coming into his first fight, this being 7 years ago... and SSM has been sparring Corley as a WW.... Floyd can get more impact than SSM with shorter sneakier shots... Floyd is also BY FAR a superior pure boxer, there is nothing SSM did or tried to do, that FM isn't groomed for, is the thing. but hey... we will see.

He has the footwork of MMA fighters like MMA fighters. He uses it as if he's going to set up a kick and applies it in boxing. I take it you only like the orthodox textbook style fighters. We'll in fighting nowadays, unorthodox is making a comeback and just b/c it seems unasthetic to you doesn't mean it pickable and amateur.
@dejay1507 google "one inch punch". Manny's hero is Bruce Lee. Mosley said after the fight that Manny can hurt you from 6 inches away. That's not juicing. IMHO Manny has developed some skills mainly seen in VERY high level people in other martial arts, i.e. 8th-9th degree black belt in traditional Chinese or Japanese MA. I find this very interesting and also very interesting that boxing people seem oblivious to it.

I am surprised that Chop Chop doesn't think Floyd can out box Manny. In fact he's the first fighter I've seen to say anything other than Floyd would beat Manny. Again that's his opinion. However Mosley ain't Floyd. We saw how much Mosley's power meant against Floyd and Pac...nothing.

@m3dyomakulit It's not a matter of if Manny can knock him out , regardless Floyd is still faster with single punches, and Manny is faster with Combinations. Floyd will control Manny with superior jab and dictate the fight. Not allowing Manny to land 3, 4, 5 punch combinations that's how Floyd has been his entire career he controls distance. Pacquiao wouldn't be an exception that's why experts and boxers alike say he would embarrass Manny not because he's a better fighter but styles make fights.
shoulder roll defense doesn't work well with southpaw fighters.. specially with someone as fast and powerful as pac.. a great combination of speed and power.. so corley might be right floyd would want to fight the same way shane fought.. chopchop's comment has weight on it.. no unless floyd is gonna exchange punches.. and won't backpedal..

No. Mayweather wanted blood drawn an hour before the fight. If you've ever had blood drawn you know it makes you light headed. Especially if you are weight drained. Could be dangerous. Your red blood cells carry your oxygen.... who is floyd to demand these kinds of things. The athletic commission does it's job. They are the ones that make the rules about doping. You can haggle over money, gloves, ring size and who walks in first.... but nobody, even mayweather, can demand that kind of advantage.

It's just you don't like the aesthetics of Manny's style. Think about it. Defense can be countered with pressure. It goes both ways. If you KNOW HISTORY (ROMANS, CRUSADES, BOXING, MMA), defense isn't everything.

Saw bits and pieces of some of his movies...I know you don't call that shit martial arts!!!!Shane was on some B.S. after that fight. I will take a look back and try to find the six inch punch he delivered.
