Think media,I need some help ASAP, we just got 2 privacy policy notices from RUclips, I literally don't see any privacy issues at the time stamps they put, we got 1 strike and now have to pull down 2 videos
All these videos "Why you are getting no views" are useless. Going on about thumbnails, titles, and ideas is completely pointless when you get NO VIEWS.
I would like to see one of these experts actually start a channel from scratch rather than just talking to the camera about their theories.
To everyone here trying to improve you RUclips channel, you WILL improve! The fact that you're here says that you care about making improvements and changes to grow your channel and help reach others. You will get there!

Going into RUclips industry is like having 7 jobs all at once. Seriously.
- Camera man
- Set designer /production designer
- Script writer
- Marketing Analyst
- Graphics Designer
- Editor
- Accountant
You also become the director, producer, social media manager, the financer (especially starting out)... in short, you are your own production studio/movie company. A bit overwhelming, yes, but the rewards are good if you can do it right... which, I hope I can achieve. 😀

My struggle is learning how to juggle all the jobs and being a stay at home mother....I feel like I'm drowning and I really can't figure out how to get anything done
I was there... My channel was new and my videos hardly passed 500 views mark. It was frustrating and I almost gave up. It was when my friend told me about Fames Ter that gave my channel traction it desperately needed. After that, I saw an explosive growth. Man, who could have said that a small boost of real views can make your channel blow up!
How many views should you get for each video in order to blow the channel up?

I've found the second point, negativity, to be huge in the dating advice niche. The sad thing is, every big channel is now either men saying women are horrible shallow gold diggers. Or women saying all men are evil predators waiting to abuse them or cheat on them. It's quite disturbing. We need more connection nowadays, not less. -Nick

I feel like faceless and voiceless channels face challenges that some of these tips can't help with at all. These kinds of channels rarely have ideas aimed specifically for them. Scripts do not matter. Cameras do not matter. Lighting doesn't matter. Not all channels like this are out to solve specific problems.

that's hilarious - that curiousity one at number one example is the topic (San Marzano tomatoes) I randomly did and it's my best video and I only have 6 videos. I don't know if I just subconsciously decided or what but super grateful and have a lot to learn from it.

Trying to grow a youtube channel in this day and is beyond hard, so much competition with other channels doing similar things, Totally understand why so many give up.
It was easier to get views 10 yrs ago. The algorithm was better. Less saturation. Recommendations and Search Bar actually worked.

Been making videos for 13 yrs (3 on old channel) (10 on new). From my experience it's all about connecting with your audience and doing unique things... No one like a copier

I see these title methods in my niche of At Home Workout videos such as “Perfect Workout” or “Best Workout” and it feels a little clicks baity to me 🤷♂️
You definitely want to be click baity....you want people to impulsively click on your video. However if you deliver the content that sparked their interest then they won't feel like they were actually baited

"Save the Cat" is fantastic...Highly recommend all their books and software program. They also have RUclips videos explaining how to use their software which guides writers through the beats of story telling. Great video as always. I particularly agree with your comment about demand not necessarily being there for your video. My channel is all about boat reviews. Each video, title, thumbnail etc has the same format. The only real difference is the boat itself. I have videos at 100 views, and videos at 100k views. If it is the best video in the world of a topic no one cares about, it will never be watched. Now I try to find boats similar to those that do well so that hopefully they all gain similar success. In other words, if everyone watches the Mustang video, go make a Camaro video and not a Prius video. I really need to work on my intro section as I only recently started putting myself in front of the camera, but would love to have the focus and lighting that you have where it looks more professional and almost 3d.
