Rapture is a misreading of Matt 24:37-40. Evangelicals don't read scripture contextually so they ignore context here.
the Trib happened when Rome destroyed Jerusalem in 70Ad. It was a 3.5 year period under Nero as the "man of sin and lawlessness". Nero was the Beast. The Mark of the Beast was allegiance to Ceasar. Right hand and forehead is a Deuteronomy 6:8 term. The whore of Babylon was the Sanhedrin in cahoots with Rome.
All OT reference to New heavens and new earth and new Israel/Judah/Jerusalem was talking about the new Church age and Church its self. Romans 11 shows us how salvation left the jews due to their rejection and came to the world. the gentile world is the branch grafted in.
The only thing ahead is a global revival of most of the planet coming to Christ as one church body in faith in Christ alone before the end. Habakkuk 2:14, Isaiah 101:9. Its a wheat field, not a tear field. Then the final second coming and judgment.

I wanna believe that too. But I worry because if we so much as have a little anger in our hearts or unforgiveness, will he still leave us here to resolve our issues or continue working on us in Heaven. I try to release it all or give it to God, but sometimes it just sneaks up on you.
@@moni6058 God would say, oh ye of little faith. We are all works in progress, we have all sinned, probably every day. He paid for each and every one of those sins on the cross, that's it. If we were perfect He wouldn't have needed to die on the cross. It's not about what you do it's about what He did. He loves you so much, he's not going to leave you behind, He died for you. And through faith and Grace we are saved, not by our works. Even when we have little faith He has big faith. I do understand what you're saying, that is the evil one getting in your head, when he tries to get in my head I rebuke it in Jesus Name. It's the simple message of His saving grace, don't make it about what you do when it's all about Him and what He did.
Ps. If it makes you feel any better I get frustrated at this point almost everyday because of all the attacks, the warfare is intense. I complain too that he hasn't taken us yet, the Jews walked around for forty years because they were complaining, but that was also before He died for our sins. Some days i really feel that. Nobody seems to want to discuss scripture, doctrine, feels that even though scripture speaks against remarriage while your ex is still alive they are waiting for God to give them a new wife. It's very discouraging, but God has it in hand.

Me my self have went through a divorce I am a Christian I didn't ask God was this person who I should marry I did it My way I made a big mistake We are not robots God let's us make our choice God tell us as Christian not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers I was married then I became a Christian I went through hell my husband was a alcoholic I dealt with domestic violence with him I chose not to leave him God didn't tell me to stay nor told me to leave it was my choice after 23 years he became a Christian he went to be with Jesus Christ 3 years later I waited 9 years and got into a relationship with a narcissist I realized now I didn't love my self this marriage lasted 5 years I didn't seek God I made the mistake on my own I needed to be healed of physical and mental abuse after divorce got into another narcissist relationship look like I would have learned from my other mistake God for gave me then I had to forgive my self I am not a victim because I chose to move on I now with Jesus Christ help I am in the healing process sign Smith Jesus Christ is real people I never would have made it with out his help
Looking back 41 years ago, when I was just eleven years old, I realize now that my faith in God was pure and innocent. Despite not fully understanding Him and without questioning the details, I trusted Him wholeheartedly.
When I was a kid my mother would tell us about the rapture and despite what that meant it sounded scary. Now as an adult it's even scarier thinking about missing the rapture and being left behind. It would obviously indicate that I wasn't saved but thinking I was. It's terrifying actually.

I feel just the opposite. I’m closer to Jesus when I don’t watch those people in church walk out and start the sin of gossip even before they get in the car. My Bible and I do just fine.

@@hikerhobby1204 Light has NO fellowship with darkness. The last church I went to most lived in the wealthy part of the county, drove expensive newer cars, wore expensive clothes, and on and on. And they make sure that you knew those things are important to them. That is not what God has called us to. God has very serious intent toward conforming us into the image of Christ. Make no mistake about it, if you mean business with the Lord and seek Him like your life depended upon Him (and it does) He will bring you closer to Himself than the others just going thru the motions.
That's what He wants with you. A serious love relationship that glorifies Him!

What if we stand across the street of a church that we feel is not teaching what they should be, and hold a sign to those going in or out for their service asking them things like "Why isn't your Pastor teaching you about the Rapture?". Rather than be keyboard activists let's get up and do something! I have a sign on my passenger side rear window for everyone to see while I'm driving or parked anywhere. Seriously, PLEASE, LETS DO SOMETHING. 🙏

Hmmm saw some quotes saying '... one will be taken and the other remain' (paraphrased), and it was the evil one taken and the good one that remained. Remember, the false Messiah (AntiChrist) will come first. If the AntiChrist has not come, and you hear the Christ has returned, understand that is NOT Jesus. Read ALL of the bible without cherry picking. If one quotes something go and read before the quote, the quote, then after to be certain it is not out of context.
Jesus said 'My sheep know my voice' He has told us we will know Him. Be sure you are one of His "sheep".

Hi Mary, I believe in the Resurrection Rapture too. But I think you have a few things mixed up a bit. The story Jesus told about 2 women grinding at the mill, one will be taken, one will be left, 2 people in a bed, one will be taken, one will be left, is about the rapture. But it's not talking about us (Gentiles). Remember, Jesus was called to the lost sheep in the house of Israel, and this verse is prior to the crucifixion. So, the listeners were unsaved Jews practicing Judaism. After Christ's death and resurrection, most of the Early church in Jerusalem was Jewish Christian. When a Jewish person becomes born again, they move from being a member of Israel and all her promises to a member of the universal church and all her promises.That is how one will be taken and one will be left, one is a born again Christian, the other an unsaved Jew.
Now we go to 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18 NKJV, from the Apostle to the Gentiles (Paul).
Being born again is a given.Verse 15 onward says, 'if you are alive and remain you are going to be (harpazo) caught up into the clouds to meet Jesus.'
This is rightly dividing the word of truth. If you are 'left behind' I say you were never going in the first place. Only those believers who have experienced spiritual rebirth, according to John 3:3 are going home. There are people attending church today who are not born again, probably raised in the church and know all the Christianese language. But never surrended their life to Jesus Christ. They may be attending your church but they will stay behind.
Also, the bible teaches a Pretribulation Resurrection Rapture.
The Great Tribulation is not for born again christians. It is called Jacob's trouble in Jeremiah 30:7 NKJV.
'For God has not appointed us to wrath but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.'

So, only unsaved people will be going through the Great Tribulation, unsaved Jews and unsaved Gentiles (both are unbelievers).
We are called to persevere in faith, thereby being kept from the hour of trial placed on the whole world.

Specifically says at the last trumpet,the dead in Christ will raise and all left alive will be called up.
Left alive from tribulation are the alive and dead in Christ is all believers who have passed away, including the martyrs. Which the martyrs are in between the 5th and 6th seal and trumpet .... would have to have been the abomination of desolation by then. 7 trumpets are referenced in Rev. 8 or 9 when they are issued to the angels.
Revelation 22:19 whosoever adds or takes away a single word from this prophecy writes their name out of the book of life! No word "Rapture" in any translation, Enough said.
There's no rapture, only a first resurrection. It's a false doctrine created by John Darby in 1830. Just look up the history of rapture doctrine. It wasn't even a subject of conversation before 175 years ago.
@@MathiasVIKING0403 Sorry but you're echoing a lie. Darby DID NOT invent the rapture as you claim, in fact it's been disproven time and time again that the belief in the rapture was modern. The earliest writings of the rapture go to before Christ and can be found in the Dead Sea Scrolls!! We also have other writings as far back to 100 A.D. ( research Irenaeus of Lyon 120A.D.-200A.D just for starters). It's amazing what a quick search with Google can bring up without any effort what so ever!
@MathiasVIKING0403 I agree with most of what you said except it's NOT just the First Ressurection (which debunks pretrib, because it is the FIRST ressurection after the First Fruits Ressurection of Christ).
But at the time of the 6th seal you have the First Ressurection of the Tribulation Saints ( the multitude). But you also have the First Fruits Redemption of the 144,000 (voice of many waters) who are alive and remain. They will remain and go through the wrath being protected by God. When Christ returns after the wrath He comes with His ressurectsd Saints (tribulation saints). He doesn't come with the 144,000 also because they are still here. During the 1000 year reign of Christ there will be the 144,000 and the Tribulation Saints with Christ.

The church is in division because they don't see the ranks of the resurrection. There is a pretrib rapture but not all those that believe in pretrib will go in pretrib.The Philadelphian saints are the church of BROTHERLY LOVE. The bride wants all saints to be harvested with the barley company at pretrib. The bulk of the church will reject the bridal calling. Believers will go to heaven when they are ready to be harvested. The crop must be ready before it can be harvested. Barley and wheat are both grain companies that are both planted at the same time, in the autumn. Barley matures faster than wheat and is harvested in the spring. BARLEY IS THE BRIDE, and she leaves at pretrib. Wheat is harvested in the summer. Wheat is the great multitude church gathered in Rev 7..... THE VIRGINS WITHOUT NUMBER AKA THE INNUMERABLE COMPANY! The final company, caught up at midtrib, before the open door is shut, are the grapes that are gathered at midtrib. The grapes are the 144,000 Jews. The Jews finally believe Christ is their king because they gleaned the truth from the Barley and wheat companies.
If there is a LAST TRUMP, there is a FIRST TRUMP. If there is a high calling, there is a lesser calling. The bridal remnant will be a joint heir as husband and wife. The bulk of the church will be only heirs as children.
The barley bride is taken up in Rev 4 at pretrib, where he tells John, "COME UP HERE!". This is a very small remnant of the church that leaves at pretrib. All christians are called for this HIGH AND HEAVENLY CALLING, but few will be chosen. The bulk of the church is in a DEEP SLEEP like Adam. While Adam ( the church) slept, God was forming a bride from a rib ((TAKEN OUT OF)) Adam. This is a rib portion, a very small remnant that makes up this bridal company.
The bulk of the church has spots and wrinkles in their robes that will be cleaned in the first part of the tribulation period. How do they have wrinkles in their robes? They are in a deep sleep! When you're lying down in these robes, they get wrinkled. They have spots because of false doctrines.
There is a pretrib rapture, and the bulk of the church, like yourself, will reject the truth. The Lord will use this bridal remnant to speak in these last days. This remnant will be a mouthpiece unto God. She will be rejected by the church and the world before she departs.

The truth will get many angry. It will be a stark contrast of things you learned your entire life! The verse about John being caught up at pretrib is only one verse, brother. The Lord has it beautifully woven from the Old to the New Testament. We will go to heaven by ranks, just as Paul said.

You should read also the verses before, especially verse 16. Then it's clear Paul speaks in 1. Thessalonians 4: 13 - 18 of the Day of Judgement or the day when Jesus Christ comes back with power and glory visible for all around the whole world as judge over all humans and the world, not of an event like the rapture.

I really thinknim written in jesus book. When i call out to him he always helps me. I dont know how i lived without him ever!!
We are spared God's wrath not tribulation, but tribulation is cut short or no flesh would make it.
Christians will NOT go thru the tribulation marked with Gods wrath to destroy the wicked ones. In this life all ppl will have tribulation..but we will be removed before the great tribulation starts.
Finally more people who know we have to be in the tribulation. No wrath unless we drink from the cup of his wrath. Than if course you never believed Christ in the first place.😊

Well, having the entire weight of the Assembly of God denomination going after him for calling out that circus act is going to feel like his own, personal "tribulation." I pray that he draws closer to God in this troubling time.
So far, publicly (at the event,) he made his 'observation' in a seemingly calm way. In the public conversation afterwards, he maintained a loving attitude, while still not recanting what he'd said, even though it looked like Lindell was holding him hostage. Now that several bigwigs are attacking his character from the pulpit, I hope Mark Driscoll refrains from retaliation, remains calm, and trusts the Lord to vindicate him.
That alone would prove to me that Driscoll spoke at that conference out of obedience to God, and nothing else.

It drives me absolutely bonkers when believers in the word of Christ, not religion, start talking about "the rapture". It is not at all biblical and was made up in the 1800's. I'd really be terrified to be one who teaches this or the one who made it up. God is clear and absolutely angry about anyone who changing, adding to or taking away from His word.
They don’t think they are adding to His word. They back it biblically. My opinion is it doesn’t really matter because if it is true we will be out of here, if it is a mis interpretation , then God will keep us while we go through the tribulation . Either way God is still on the the Throne and He wins. Our salvation is not based on if we believe it or not.

It was distributed in England and America and became the primary source for Protestants to understand the Bible. This became the almost unquestioned view by many Protestants in America. This spread the idea of rapture teaching further and further. Scofield became a pastor in Dallas, TX and helped found Dallas Theological Seminary. It was popularized and spread further by D. L. Moody and his Moody Bible Institute. Moody invited many of the Plymouth Brethren to teach in his Bible schools. From these institutions, literature, and the preaching of these men and others, this dispensational, pre-tribulation rapture theology immersed itself in American culture.

Yet we have millions of people claiming different interpretations of almost every passage in the Bible. NOW WHY IS THAT?????? I listened to a pastor who told me not to believe him but to go to the Bible. So then after going to the Bible and getting a different answer, the pastor then tells me I am wrong and calls me dogmatic. I now see very clearly that we are pretty much still living in the days of the Pharisees, who crucified Jesus Christ because he spoke TRUTH.

Heard statistic that 60 % of youth dont believe Bible is inspired word of God. Where does this come from...weak pastors who are more concerned with happy church, entertaining music, and not offending anyone by preaching against homosexuality, abortion, or living together unmarried. Hell is a big place but it will be crowded.
My aunties church has false prophets they support the lgbtq and she told me that there’s nothing wrong, that God loves everyone.
