I'm not sure now who is the prosecutor and defence here the line of questioning fro. The defence it doesn't have direction they don't have objective they ask obvious questions. Kennel said he doesn't ask for section 205 later he contradicts himself by saying asked for section 205 that's where he was supposed to nail him.
