Bank of India Manager at Michael nagar near Sukanto Nagar Kolkata Airport is very rude. Why still the BOI staff are rude I do not know. I really support the drive of Nirmala Sitaramn to privatize the banks. At least the branches should be privatised if not the back office staff. The core banking can remain with the govt control.
