- Hello everyone! Today I cooked eggs and tortilla. I love making tortilla and eggs for breakfast. Delicious and simple! Egg tortilla. Just pour the egg on the tortilla. Tortilla Egg Recipe:
1 tomato.
1/4 onion.
1/2 green pepper.
50 g of cheese (according to your taste).
Salt.
Pepper.
2 eggs.
Vegetable oil.
4 slices of ham.
2 Tortillas.
Cheese for sandwiches.
And more cheese.

Late to the party but just found this channel. Made one of these up in rapid city. Good stuff though i may have substituted the ham for bacon and chazaro then added mushrooms instead of bellpepper.

Obscenely unhealthy. No person should eat that much cheese in a 24 hour period, especially in one meal and when combined with a corn/flower based tortilla. This is crazy unhealthy and will lead to heart disease. This should be split into 3 to 4 servings and combined with a soluble fiber filled side dish like Guacamole. Also, the ham should be replaced as it only adds even more saturated fat and cholesterol...I would wager this meal alone is placing you near the 100% daily limit of both.
It is like Pizza. The ingredients themselves are not bad for you, except when combined and used as a meal. These types of meals are the reason why so many eventually die of heart attacks and strokes and are so unnecessary when healthier options are easily obtained. A whole wheat based Tortilla for example turns this meal into one that is almost fully healthy. Dropping the salt addition by 50% and replacing half the cheese with an addition of guacamole in the center then turns this into a very healthy full meal that will taste just as good.
