I’m changing from current gen Audi A4 sline to this. Same 190bhp engine but getting 4x4 in Superb. All black Sportline. Basically for another 4K I can change a 16 plate A4 with 27k miles to this on 18 plate and only 1500 miles. No brainer, depreciation on these things is insane. 6 month old car and already dropped from 38k list price to 22k. Can’t wait to get the extra space and leave the rock solid suspension of my A4 behind. Also a really like the look of this car with black pack. Cheers Skoda.
The Skoda cars are build from paper, I told you, it will be later only worse :-( The space inside is good, but the build quality is worse than audi, so its up to you - what you need.
Ján Pavlík - that is simply a daft throw away unsubstantiated comment - 'built from paper' you have either some bias or have had an bad issue and are simply repeating the same. To suggest they are ' built from paper' would be quite the opposite of what perception would be - why do you think they are used as taxis and many of them run for years on end with very little issues. Proof is on the road outside. I am not wedded to any model or brand and will happily complain or switch if this was/is the case, you are looking like an Audi fanboy with the comments, not cool mate.
Shouldn’t the2018 model have the full digital instrument cluster? I’m putting this up against commodore vxr (Opel rebadged for Australia market) and the vw arteon. I can get a 2019 superb SportLine hatch for $40k vs a 2017 arteon or 2018 vxr
exactly, that`s my future car, just I would like to see real view of ambiente lights in the dark, glass roof is perfect, for me will be enough diesel engine with 190bhp and DSG, greetings

You will be dissapointed, this Skoda Superb is paper car. Very bad change decision.
We can talk after year of usage of the car :-) Very sad to switch from A4. You will see.

it's a proper size car with nice look (hatchback / liftback) + big boot + rear wiper ! The best solution for a capacious and good looking car.
