If you're a maximalist like myself. I switched to totes with lids, that stack and have a dolly (for moving or like UPS drivers use, cheap at Harbor freight or thriftstores.) to carry my stuff. It's easy to roll. I like the larger format in case of a chemical evacuation. The only thing I'd add is a cook book for pets, if you run out of pet food, they have cook books for cat food and dog food.. Also some pet first aid and pet medical guide (or just papers) and first aid would be good.

What a good idea, a pets dedicated bug out bag, I’m going to do this too. 2 dogs at home and a part time cat. In the UK dogs and cats have to be microchipped by law, and dogs have to have a name tag. Is that the same where you live.

Glad you enjoyed the video! It's not required by law to have your pet's microchipped or have a name tag, but honestly I think it should be. It would solve so many problems with our lost pet population. I forgot to mention that my cat's are microchiped and whenever they go outside they have their name tags on just incase something happens. Even though they are under my supervision whenever they are outside. My family dogs are also microchipped and where their name tags all the time.
