    They are having to hire based on who is best for job to try remain competitive. They finally realised diversity doesnt equal better performance. Affirmative action is another phrase for racism.

      Get educated friend, framing affirmative action as racism is beyond stupid. Take engineering for example - Inclusion policies which came out in the 2010's were essentially the first time businesses and universities began actively encouraging women to go into the Engineering fields, and if you don't know what Engineering companies look like then just think of IT companies.

      @akiraode-smith6084 People make choices, in general women prefer to work with people and men prefer to work with objects as shown by psychological literature. There is nothing wrong with trying to promote engineering amongst women but to hire a woman over a man just based on gender and not merit is discrimination, if it was the other way around there would be outrage. Equal opportunity is what we should aim for. Hiring someone based on their skin colour is the definition of racism.

    just don't disclose your age...I can be bottom $ that no hires are over 35 with this lot...
