- We are excited to announce that Master Yap will run a 5-day workshop on Yan Shou Gong (Shaolin Nei Gong) in Chiang Mai from the 5th to the 9th of February 2024 (immediately following The Martial Camp).
The material taught in this workshop will be distinct from what Master Yap will cover at The Martial Camp, where he will specifically focus on the San Zhan form of the 5 Ancestors, delving into the intricacies of the form, including its internal details and applications.
While both events offer valuable learning experiences, the 5-day Yan Shou Gong workshop will focus on stages one, two, three and four of learning internals, specifically covering Yan Shou Gong sets 1-6.
