Is Samut, Voice of Dissent cEDH viable?

This is my attempt to create a viable cEDH deck using Samut, Voice of Dissent as the commander.

I will see about building a variation of this. I like it.
List looks solid from first glance. I’m currently a newly blue farm player from the Chicagoland group of cEDH players\tournament grinders. I think I may proxy this up to see how it plays.
I like the idea of light stats pieces with combos as the main win condition. Hard stax feels a little rough atm, but this looks like a solid balance to slow your opponents down.
I’ll sleeve it up and come back or message you with ideas for Improvement.

@a.j.montie1083 haven't had a chance to play it yet, I am currently getting ready for a tournament this coming weekend. My focus is on Selvala brostorm for it, since I know all the lines.

rocco is preffered to samut for the fact it assembles combos almost on its own. For 5 naya mana commanders, i like playing Uril + aura voltron with the enchantress cards
Very true, I like to play decks that are a little off meta. There is a greater chance to sneak in the wins, since they don't know the deck.
