Sorry if this is a dull question. With the Di out, can I run that into a XLR input on my focusrite interface or should I run it through a DI box first? Also, How have you found recording this from Jack out to jack in on your interface? Thanks again. Any help much appreciated.
Hey I think that any bass pedal should include a built in chorus, and reverb. I would like to see a bass pedal with Boost/Compressor>Reverb>Chorus>Preamp>Octaver. But as it has an effects loop its ok. I found on mine that the octaver does a weird modulation effect (like this guy shows in his demo). When onlt Oct1 is selected it jumps between the lower octave to one octave higher and back. 5his is not what an octaver should do. Other than that this is a great pedal. I add a chorus and reverb in the effects loop. Bass>Comp>Preamp>Chorus>Reverb>Amp/Pa.
@bulletsforteeth5029I would have done this, but I got a NU-X chorus for $10 at the same time and thought f it. Sleeper chorus is a sleeper. Sounds great in the loop. Your idea makes more sense for someone wanting something more though.

Great demo!
amazing review
Would You recommend this or the Valeton Dapper Bass DI?
I bought this just for the pre. The rest is extra 👍🏽
It's a bad idea using this for guitar?
Preamp sounds good. The fuzz is pretty underwhelming. Cool little unit though. Analog through?

Run it directly. No difference in running this and running a Sansamp. In fact, the built in preamp on this is pretty Sansy imo.
@@WilDBeestMF awesome! Thanks so much for the reply! Sounds great!
@@Taurus1984 Happy music making, Bull man!

@bulletsforteeth5029 Heck yeah, same deal. Wanted to streamline my process, and it makes a fine building block.
Damn man, the comp works too hard for my liking. The rest of it GOES hard.
