I love my grand home. I bought the Lantana model. Built in 02 and still has great bones. I will build the next one and it has to be Grand Homes.

Why are there closets always so small compared to other companies?
I love the floor plan. Would have preferred a more modern decor though. Some of the light fixtures are early to mid 2000’s.
I absolutely will have this model built one day…. But I do wish it could come in a stucco instead of brick

Nice house, high baseboards and crown molding. But the windows aren't trimmed out and neither are the archways.
I'm wondering where the deep pocket is at in Dallas? These million dollar houses are selling out like a snap
There's a ton of $1mil+ homes in DFW...lots of $$$ here!
