Thank you someone finally explaining very clearly how to navigate this problem.I have a massive project converting logic xml files. This is a game changer for me.
Thank you, but does this trick work for the big orchestra score? in your score you have 4 staff which makes it easy to divide them into 2 staves ... what happens with 30 instruments ? would we have 10 layers of chords in each stave?
@@darushkii Thank you, yes it does make a lot of mess. It is easier to use the old fashion way, going through different sections of orchestra and workout their harmony, then seeing which instruments have an important role in showing the Maine melody, or main rhythmic pattern, etc...
Как я понимаю, Андрей, таким образом можно пару линий для исполнителя, например, на вибрафоне и колокольчиках. Да? или есть какие-то способы сделать на одной страницы все партии перкуссии, включая те, которые можно записать на одной линии?
It's possible to put many different parts into one line - it will be quite messy the more different instruments you add, but it is possible. It is also possible to put the arranged parts into any instrument - vibraphone, bells, etc. I will make a video showing a few different scenarios. thanks for the idea!
Thanks for pointing this out - I normally don't reduce the size of the piano so I forgot to include it in the video. When in the Add Instruments window, there is a box you can check that makes it smaller. Next time I do a Sibelius tutorial I'll be sure to add this in.

it would be quite a mess, but yes it would work. It will take a lot of time to sort out the layers.

@@darushkii do not mention it))
Thank you
and then..How to make the piano score size smaller than voice parts?
