Very good but really had to comment on the "GOU" word, which is like a dog in Chinese (狗) but the fourth 音.
recently just went to Hainan, they limit purchases per person and the goods had to be collected in the airport after you go through customs.
Which prevents the locals and agents from being able to arbitrage (that much).
You can't stop 代购 fully - Should be better in recent months since RMB is very cheap at the moment.
