Oh yeah it is. A Chinese-American or Chinese(?) woman appeared in the regular ones.
Sorry, I will not going to watch this video that you provided because I might get shaky or a little shock if I watch it. FWIW or BTW, this ident from 1998 was bizarre and creppy as the person holds up the circle then the little ones jumped from it.
