Coffey and her go from tribal to virulent in the span of two and a half minutes... they appeared to feed off each other in complete unison... The Surfers in their origins were so unique and timeless simply because nobody in the band cared about what the masses thought of their music ...it's no secret they eventually sold out in the early 90s but Teresa was already gone by then ... that being said... she cracks me up in this scene

I didn’t know what Teresa looked like when i saw this for the first time, just knew someone from the Butthole Surfers was in the movie. I remember wondering if i missed her and then within 10 seconds of her scene i was like “ahhh that must be her” lmao
It's true, when you go back and listen to old interviews with the Surfers from the 80s, although she didn't talk much, Teresa had the ideal female voice.
