Hey beautiful Miller family. Love all the green and yummy food. What a wonderful way to celebrate St. Patty's Day. My hubby grew up in St. Catharines, Ontario Canada which is a10 minute drive to NiagaraFalls. Before Covid, we would go every year. We used to go across the border all the time to Buffalo and we have had those amazing buffalo wings that Stephen mentioned. Unfortunately, Covid has changed all that. When Covid is over i highly recommend that you come over to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. You can take a boat ride that takes you right under the Canadian Falls. It's so beautiful and there is an area called Clifton Hill where there are lots of things for the kids to see and do. Also, you should check out, a very beautiful small town called Niagara on the Lake. It's a small town, with quaint shops and live theatre. It is very close to Niagara Falls. People live there all year round or many people have summer cottages there. So nice. Anyway, can't wait to see Liam's 13th birthday video. Thirteen is an awesome age!!. Big hugs from Toronto.

Have you guys heard of a plant called pandan leaf? Over here in Singapore and South East Asia, panda leaf is used for natural food colouring and flavouring as well. The juiced extract is quite intense but the colour will stay pretty green in either waffles, pancakes, cakes or pastries. And it is considered as the "vanilla" of the east.
i’m from buffalo and a great place to get wings is bar bill tavern! (everyone will say go to anchor bar or duffs and they’re great too but definitely basic options lol) you should also check out the falls at night because they’re lit up and look super cool!

I think you could make the little chocolate bowls by tempering the chocolate but that takes a ton of work😂🤣 and it’s such an exact science if you want a challenge try tempering chocolate! Haha

you can use the baking choc if you like but it doesnt taste as good. if you want to use normal you have to temper your chocolate so when it sets it sets hard and shiny again. tempering is a pain! but depending on what you need it for, its so worth it :)
