I used to hate on every aspect of the bow, but when I actually started using it I couldn't even discribe the feeliing of using either the Chiron bow or the Rama bow, both are so OP
@@julolidine yeah I was going to try that but can’t get away from just stacking Artemis crit and crit armor boons with the 2 volley hammers. I’m going up to 16 heat with that bow tonight.
Oh my god I absolutely hate the word 'engagement'. The company I work for (food service franchisee) absolutely refuses to pay employees much more than minimum wage but still insists on making every employee take a bi-yearly 'anonymous engagement survey' where they ask a bunch of agree/disagree/neutral statements ("I feel appreciated at [company]," "My manager makes it easy to do my job," "I feel like [company] is heading in the right direction", etc) then have the audacity to also ask "Besides more pay, what would make you feel more engaged?" Then when they inevitably get a bunch of negative responses, they waste everyone's time by making the store managers come up with pointless "engagement action plans" that, like you said, all the employees see right through. This process repeats year after year after year. It's pretty fitting that you started talking about this right about when you ran into Sisyphus, because the whole process is rather Sisyphean. It's a large part of why I just put in my notice after working here almost 6 years.
That 'point system' sounds dangerously close to scrip currencies used by early 20th-century company stores. If your company tries to substitute them for wages in any degree, that's illegal and immediate grounds for a lawsuit. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Company_scrip
@@yuzmanito That's how it is now. But it's definitely not impossible for someone to lower real wages by using 'point perks' as a pretext. I'd rather have full compensation for my work than a non-guaranteed prize worth a fraction of that, to say nothing of 'inflation'.
It sounds like your wife's workplace is absolutely committing labor law violations. And I'm guessing she could anonymously report that to whatever state or city department of labor. Generally it will trigger an investigation and the employer will owe any unpaid wages AND potentially extra money for damages.
@@ookalar665 I dunno, I've worked in the service industry and know of so many instances of employer theft of time/wages from places I've worked or friends/coworkers have worked that it just wouldn't surprise me if none of that was embellished.
Our company started a "super star award" each month. I asked my boss if there was a monetary incentive or compensation for these awards and she said no. So no one ever applies for them.
(Not a expert so take with a grain of salt just what I've picked up through advice from a streamer) I think its just something you train yourself in. Turning small stories into something by maybe adding detail weather true or not. Or brancing of from the story to explain something etc.
You can technically do a tripple/explosion/point blank dmg hammer if you use the anvil. I wonder if you could straight up oneshot bosses if damage barriers wouldn't exist.
If anybody is still reading comments on this, how is he able to do much burst damage with his attack, like in the beginning? What is actually happening? I assume it has something to do with Rama
Shared suffering, which is the debuff applied by Rama's special, makes any enemy take a percentage of the normal attack's damage (percentage changes with upgrade level). At max it does roughly 60% more. This means that if you hit an enemy with shared suffering using rama's normal attack, they take about 160% damage. If you can get off the perfectly timed shots that's even bigger damage.
You (and chat) have had some really rough experiences with HR =/ I'm sorry. I used to work HR in a big non-profit corporation and we dealt with that stuff all the time. People worked for us who had had some truly terrible experiences elsewhere and we had to slowly change the stigma around HR. The truth is, a good HR team understands that the best way to protect the company is to protect the employees. Employees are pretty much the only group of people that can truly hurt your bottom line. Take care of them, and it serves the whole organization.
