The definition of satisfaction for me at 35 is cleaning my house from top to bottom with fancy cleaning products (I’m looking at you fig and french pear surface spray!!). When I’m done I brew a pot (tea bags are for rookies) of T2 Earl Grey. I sit contentedly on the couch and admire my perfectly positioned throw rug and scatter cushions, chuck on some Netflix and pretend I’m a proper adult who has her shit together.
Oh and my pharmacists name is Phil.
Jazzy Fizzle HA! Excellent.
Im 45 and I want this
I'm really loving all the rhubarb scented cleaning stuff. Oh, and the blood orange.
Jazzy Fizzle hahahaha me too 👌😂 isn’t it funny the things you enjoy when your old.
I'm a month off of 18 and I relate to this video so much. All my friends are out drinking and partying and I stay in so I can clean and drink tea...
Me 2 😁
He’s so funny because he’s so authentic. He’s not even trying to be funny he’s just saying life how it is. That’s why all his videos are so funny. Gawwwd I love him
Found him yesterday. Binge watched him & am sharing him with my family. Bloody hilarious! Greetings from Queensland 💓
One year later I found him 2 hours ago I'm currently binge watching lol
And now I’m where you were years ago...still binging
One minute I’m watching this to feel good about being young, the next second “T2 is the highlight of my week” “ohhhhh I’ve been waiting for the sale on that vacuum” and “thank god for Gumption” and “plants are a lesson in failure”. I’m 25 and I’ve prematurely aged, AND I LOVE IT. Now, off to Aldi for some wine and individual serve hummus
I'm on my 2nd DYSON.
Im in vacuum heaven..
I use to enjoy cleaning until I had kids... now I settle for my tidy corner of my room. The house looks like it should be on a history channel intervention show
Yep. I knew I was old the day I sipped my cup of tea and said "awwh now that's a good cuppa tea" 😉
I'm not that old but tea is amazing.
haha yeah im only 16 and i enjoy tea
I'm a Nerd. I love tea
I'm a Nerd. Same
Haha but my burning question is.... when was the last time you washed your sheets 😁
clarris44 your supposed to wash them once every 6 years right? Or was it 6 months? Or was it 6weeks? Definitely 6 years right?!?
I remember being a child and seeing the size of my mums undies and thinking “omg these are huge there is NO way I’m EVER going to that big and need such big undies”
I bet you can all guess what came next 😂
Ally Smith haha I’ve done that 😂
Yep. Raising my hand to that one
Cant beat a big comfy pair of cottontails 🙂
You have those comfy belly warmer undies now..lol
Hahaha I love the voice change for the kid! More of that in vids, Christian.
Absolutely! It's perfect.
At my old rental apartment there was some minor staining (from tea! Lol) and my real estate agent claimed (after we had the place cleaned professionally with THEIR cleaners) that the stains simply couldn't be removed without completely resurfacing the granite benchtops for $800.
Got in there the next day myself with a tub of gumption and they were as good as new. I have no idea what gumption is but it is the best product in the world. I've contemplated making a shrine in it's honour
I'm a tea drinking chemistaholic too .....I swear going to the chemist is like a day out for me 😂
Haha 34 years old here and am nodding at every thing.
Did watch this while drinking tea and cleaning my kitchen and scrubbing my toilet #grownupgoals lol
I just lost my shit when you asked the Dyson if it needed the toilet. Wasn't ready🤣
Baking soda and vinegar cleans nearly everything and costs nothing
I get excited about IKEA products. I don't need furniture, but I check the app (there's an IKEA app and I love it) about once a fortnight just to admire things.
That and Kmart homewares!
Girl same !!!
I’m 34 and I love polishing the wood furniture, the house smells amazing afterwards and then I enjoy a nice cup of tea. I also collect tea cups and coffee mugs.
This is so great and relatable😂☺️ You are always so funny❤️
27 years old here.... I buy so much tea.... everytime I get new tea accessories I'm so excited to use them lol. I mainly started drinking it because my kids don't like tea.... but got addicted....
And wanna have some real fun cleaning.... throw on some Latin music lol
That rose vanilla tea is the BEST
I love that tea as well 😍😍😍
You two have a great sense of taste! I swear I’m the only one who buys it where I live 😂
Gumption, CLR, and eucalyptus oil are the best!
Natatattatification careful eucalyptus is toxic to cats.
Omg I go into T2 every time I’m shopping for the free taste testing. Well I walk into any shop that has free food/drink samples 😂❤️
“Oh mum, I really want this!... IRON PILLS” I’m crying 🤣🤣
I'm 26 and I'm already like this. Now I like tea and my wife likes tea and we went to China, now they treat tea like fine wine, even say as it ages its flavour changes. I now got about $2000 to $3000 worth of tea at home, which I keep getting reminded I can't rush through it, but some times you can't help it.
i dont know who started me on it but ive been drinking tea since I was 5, and yes T2 is absolutely my favourite place ever.
Lol that feel when you're sitting here watching this video, in a freshly cleaned bedroom, drinking peppermint tea.
At the ripe old age of twenty two.
Where did you get that cute elephant?
Oh my goodness, that feeling when you've cleaned your entire apartment and THEN sit down with a cup of tea to admire your work. NOTHING is more satisfying 😂
I love that you are just enjoying the small things!
Omg, when you said "do you know what I would grab in a fire?" I literally say "Omg please let it be a Dyson" XD
"everyone come have a look" 😁😁
Yes, I am 18 and love cleaning, and drinking tea and also going to the chemist. That feeling when everything is clean and there’s nothing to do ! That feeling when you open the cupboard and see your hand picked tea collection and think to yourself, ‘what do I feel like drinking right now? Ohhh rooibos tea looks good. Let’s add some green tea too. And maybe a camomile just for the sake of it’. And then with the chemist, I’m just like ‘mum, can I have these fish oil capsules and some natural organic cosmetic skincare ?’ plus I look in the isles when we wait for the prescriptions and read everything and go, ‘ ohhhh, isn’t that so fascinating’.
I have the same Dyson, love it! But i hate how the on botton is where you hold it, if that makes sense?
I freaking love tea, and you featured my favourite tea that they don't sell anymore! The dilmah French rose with vanilla (the pink tea box) . Where Did you get it please? Cause woolies in Canberra and Wollongong stopped selling it, and it's no longer on their computer system or online store. This is my caramilk! !!!!
I don’t know how you survive! I buy two boxes a week from Woolies!
Your woolies still sells it? !! I've tried a fair few woolies but they've even deleted it off their system here. I have to keep my eyes out at igas and supa igas
Frazzle Kitty Yep! I’m in Vic though 😔
If you’re desperate, contact me and I’ll post you some ❤️
Oh thank you! you''re sweet :) Ill let you know if it gets real bad. I managed to score 4 boxes in port macquarie a couple of months ago. Im down to my last box!!
i’ve just been binging your videos all week and it’s wonderful
I’ve been drinking tea since I was a kid, I grew up in an Asian Household so I was cleaning and doing chores at a young age too, so basically I was never a kid lol
Just found you, glad i did, youre hilarious! 😂 watching from Melbourne
Hilarious: You never fail to make a funny video
You’re like the friend I wish I had.I really enjoy your videos 😊
I’m 19 and I’ve just moved out at few months ago and I relate to this on a spiritual level. I get utter enjoyment from cleaning and organising my apartment.
I’ve just found your videos and they’re so entertaining. I love your sense of humour. And they’re so relatable, especially since I live in Australia
I laughed soooooooo much 😂 I’ve been like this since I was 18. Suddenly everyone is catching up and asking me what products to buy 🤣. I will ask this though- where did you get your duster? Mine is super shit and just distributes the dust back into the air.
Buying a Dyson at 31 was one of my happiest moments ever.
Omg the tea and cleaning is so accurate!!! I use to hate hot drinks like tea, but now I'm living for a good cup of tea😂🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
I love chemist warehouse... omg the stuff you can get!! And tea!! Friggin love tea. And cleaning products holy shirt bags 😆
I actually get so much joy from a perfectly clean shower and a cup of coffee 😍
We are gardenening twins 😆 my garden never lasts more than a fortnight....
I want some tea now.... I like that vanilla rose as well. They do an almond tea that's my absolute fave.
Tea is life!
Your love of tea makes me so happy. I have a tea tattoo, so I'm clearly on the tea bandwagon.
Omg! I’ve never seen anyone else who buys the Rose and French Vanilla Tea! How great is it?!!! 😍
I think it smells like musk!
Things I discovered I love as an adult that I never thought I would love:
FRESH BRAND NEW UNDERWEAR
ALL MANNER OF BODY CLEANSING PRODUCTS AND LOTIONS
FOOD SHOPPING!
The last one is very enjoyable. Specially when you can manage to buy all the things you need plus extra goodies and such for under your budget.
OH Christian! If you like teas you should try the Twinnings Cold In'Fuse teas! They even have a special drink bottle you can buy to put them in!
The drink bottle is on my next shopping list lol
Omg yes. So happy when I'm sitting in my gorgeously clean house that I've spent all day cleaning, drinking my lovely tea
Also I live in nz now and have gumption sent to me because it is gods gift.
At the end of the day, with all the madness going on in the world, I really look forward to watching your shenanigans.
Thank you so much 😀
Am I concerned for your mental state? Yes
But do I also have an unhealthy love for my Dyson vacuum? Also yes 🤣
You, honestly, make Australia great again! My whole family loves watching your videos 😂
Bahahahaha I have to say I agree with you on absolutely everything! Oh and we have the same awesome kettle which I boiled vinegar in today to clean it back to pristine condition! Gumption I always have on hand, I basically keep my chemist in business and I'm a huge tea lover- and to the point where I was told recently that I apparently have bad "tea etiquette" as I like to leave my tea bag in the cup while I'm drinking it (I like my tea extra strong), however I've never seen your cute little elephant thing before, I'm wondering where I might pick something like that up in Adelaide (north-east)? You're awesome btw CH :-)
lol. Ice your rose tea and use a musk stick as a stirrer! you will drop an oyster!
You always put me in a good mood!
I can relate to this so much!!!
Exempt at 2 years old I would go round drinking the tea dregs from the mugs!
And in the us we have a cleaning product brand they have a product for every thing and all different smells!! I love it I can no longer go in the shop with buying one 😂😂😂🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ English Breakfast tea is my favorite
Love this it’s me and I’m 21 😂
I’m suddenly craving tea now...❤️😂
I love seeing these vids of yours 😂
Cleaning products are awesome! Pretty sure my grandma used to have gumption lol.i must really be getting the olds too because I want to start gardening.
Who needs the beauty community on RUclips when you have this fantastically hilarious human to watch!!
I have not laughed so hard in my entire adult life. And the "How to make Caramilk" XD
Do not even get me started about T2 omg I love that place....always smells so good 👌
That rose tea caught my eye! Where'd you get that one from?
Put a note where your tea is so everyday you go out and water your plants while enjoying your cuppa haha
Relatable!! 😂 I sat down to watch this after mopping the floor and bleaching my bench top 😂
I must know what the shower thingie is. Pls don’t leave details like that out again, kthanx
Omg luv this channel how did not find you sooner.
I love the berry tea from English Tea Shop too!
Ha from the guy who took 6 months to change a fitted sheet (I may have been binge watching since I found you 2 days ago), you've come a long way my friend. I know you love your candles so I hope you're burning while you clean they are a perfect pairing, my recommendation is Glasshouse but I'm sure you know your shit.
$60 for tea .... owww Christian, I can drop $120 a month on tea - Personal favourites are blooming jasmine (get some, so pretty), Ooloong Tea, Pai Tai (white tea), Green Jasmine Tea and a few Chai's as well!
Relatable
relatable
Relatable
I love tea so much but im sick of buying different teas, so i bought ingredients, and made my own tea blend from scratch. I even bought empty tea bags.
I'm forever cleaning. Therapeutic n just satisfying
Love this video! I too love all the things mentioned except I use Jif instead of Gumption and I would grab my KitchenAid instead of the Dyson. Other things I'd like to mention (as an adult) is my love for fabric softener, good quality linen and 3ply Quilton toilet paper.
I’m 32 and fuck me cleaning is awesome. The bit at the end when you’re all tired and sore but you could eat off the carpet is pure bliss.
There are lots of things I hated as a kid and now love as an adult, including tea and coffee. I love your elephant tea holder thing!
'that's why I love the chemist, it's keeping me alive 😂 😂 😂
I'm 26 and feel this video like you wouldn't believe. I currently have a fractured back and it is killing me that I can't clean properly. My house is not my version of clean and tidy!!
I just love you Christian. Full stop.
I loved Tea at Nanna’s place when I was a kid. We used to put in lots of sugar and have biscuits to dunk. Good times!
Now you have a scratched cook top....but a clean scratched cooktop 😂😂
I'm also 31 and I feel EXACTLY the same as Christian on a lot of things. 😍
Lmao! They day I got my new, more expensive vacuum, I love to vacuum everything 🤣
I wanna see the shower scourer lol
OMG YES! 'Tea Leaves' in Sassafras, Vic, in the Dandenongs is the MOST amazing tea shop in Australia! Go in July and you might even catch some light snow fall. It's the most gorgeous place.. one of my fave places in Australia actually! Accommodation and local restaurants and local produce is to die for.. jus sayin'! 😄
I tried drinking tea as a teen in the late 90's but i always hated it cos i only went by what the box or packet told me on how to brew it but now i'm 36 and i LOVE TEA SO MUCH OMG !!!!!! Twinings Earl Grey is now the only thing i'll drink but i've bought at least 1 or more, of every type of Twinings tea and any type of tea i can find in the local supermarkets to try and i love them ! I add equal and milk to all my teas even if it kinda curdles in the bottom of the cup, i just don't drink the dregs !
i love sipping tea ☕️ especially before school
I love the T2 shop!! Love my cuppas!!❤️☕️☕️
Watching this gave me motivation to clean the shower and change my sheets aha thank you
Hahahaha. Not a tea person but I love the news now!!! I used to think news was for old people. And my pallet doesn't accept too much sugar. What's happened to me!!!!
My grandparents gave me a can opener for my thirtieth birthday and I legit nearly cried, best present ever. I also looove getting candles and bath bombs. Five years ago I'd have been like, what sort of shit present is this? Do you know me at all? xD
Honestly im confused as to why you don't have over a million subscribers. You are amazing and so funny like more people need to know about you. You're like the Aussie Shane Dawson, but more funny in a different way!😊😊
And the op shop. HATED it when I was a kid. My parents use to spend what seemed like FOREVER in there and I thought it was the worst. Now though? Totally different story. WHAT A GREAT PLACE THE OP SHOP IS?!
Turning 30 and I've just spent way too much $ on organising the kitchen and it made me wayyy too Happy. 😂😂😂 .... Cleaning is very therapeutic!
Your hair looks nice clean.
Omg yes. Chemist Warehouse. I always have to stop in on my way through and I spend ages looking at Cologne. Just looking. And then I buy some and accumulate them over time. Love my cologne.
tea is honestly so good
