I was in this crowd. God damn it was amazing. Everyone was living in the moment, she made sure we all knew the words, getting us all involved, making us laugh, cry, and god DAMN MAKING SURE WE LOVE OURSELVES. So wholesome. So empowering.

As a straight white male i would never have thought i could be so emotionally invested in female empowerment, body acceptance, and all the other messages she spreads through her music. Shows how powerful the right gig can be. Legendary performance.
I love it when the artist take a moment to thank the crew as someone who takes a small part in some music events it really is a thankless job but when the performer takes a second to acknowledge your work it really is appreciated. Thanks lizzo you're always a queen.

I think it's also because West Holts attracts that sort of crowd. Go to the Pyramid when the likes of Coldplay are playing and you'll get that basic AF filming the entire gig on your phone sort of behaviour.

The north of England has good crowds too, it seems like the south is a little more tame. I’ve noticed such a difference in the crowds in Glasto this year though - they’re more dancey and hyped up which is great!
