Fun seeing you at the swap meet again. Also fun seeing my treasures at the end of your recap! Had a very successful day selling and giving away my stuff, and had a great time doing it. Awesome community.
MULTIPLE Molars in the thumbnail? Heck yes I'm dropping everything to watch! :) Looked like a good time. I think $25 for those thrashed & corroded Molars is pretty fair, given the amount of love and care they need! Nice haul, looking forward to the desk resto!
thank you, so im not crazy. i was super looking forward to it, but its my fault for not double checking and just trusting what i had blocked out in my calendar...
That's me saying hello at 5:19 haha. Always nice to see you there! Also, 8:24 I got my hands on the second best looking Molar Mac. It looks great but there's so much rust or something inside that I can't get the logic board tray out even by pulling as hard as I can.
It was great seeing you there! I still have to tinker with the tape drive I got from you… if you need any help with the Molar Mac feel free to email me or reach out on social media, they can be a bit of a pain.
Very cool! Looks like you got a bunch of awesome additions to the collection! I didn’t know the MacTable was even a thing, but that is super cool! I’m sure you’ll be able to use that well. Great video!
I bought that TI-1200 calculator at 2:19. My first calculator was a TI-1200. Good to buy back my childhood... then type 5318008 on it after I put a 9V battery in it. :)
I was really looking forward to this event, but had a close member of the family pass away and we had a funeral on Saturday. Thanks for sharing… I’m all jealous now . 😅
What events like this are in the future? I like early 8 bit systems like Apple iie. I am out of the loop, and don't hear about events like this until afterwards. Thank you in advance.
Steve, Thank goodness i wasn't there most of that stuff would be coming home with me to Florida lol. I'd be one of those folks to roll into the parking lot for a VCF swap meet with a retired school bus and load it with all kinds of goodies lol. I had a Mac Table at my old house in Michigan was my main computer desk for many years. Sadly a basement flood in 2012 ruined it. Thankfully the Mac Pro I had at the time was not at home as it was at the apple store waiting to be picked up after being serviced. That little HP Netbook would make a nice little Linux Laptop. And here i am using my iMate ADB TO USB adapter on my M1 Mac Mini so i can enjoy my lovely Apple Design Keyboard and just use a Cheap Logitech Mouse until i can get a replacement new apple keyboard and mouse as both of mine quit holding a charge.
It was awesome meeting you there. I got there just before 10. Dang the Genesis guy had Xboxs. Also those Molar Macs were gone before I got there. That guy with the good prices was where I got that dual Pentium 3 Dell I was filming on the trunk of my Camry when you walked up lol. I got that Dell and that tall AT tower from him. I’m also a car guy so I got a full tour of that awesome white/blue 92 GMC Suburban and that 90s Celica. The last show was so incredibly hot I couldn’t stay too long because my both my son and I couldn’t handle it lol
Omg! You should do an interview with the kid that gave you that LC. Is he soldering on computers twice his age in his boy room? We need to know! When I saw that Mac Table it was a genuine "Shut up and take my money"-moment, despite its flaws. I'm so glad that you got it. PS Looking forward to that Lisa (and Apple ///) content coming
I should keep an eye for nearby VCF swap meets. I have several older laptops and peripherals I would rather give away than send to a scrap dealer. These items have more sentimental value than monetary value.
Steve, that Macbench 3.0 CD isn't archived as best I can tell. I've been looking for a decent price on that for a while! If you'd be so kind as to upload it to the garden that would be awesome!
I didn’t miss those, they just didn’t end up on the final edit. There was so much cool stuff available! I did see the Cinema Display, but I always have 4 of them, I don’t need another 😅
I sadly got there at noon when people were starting to pack up. I got a really cool SGI mouse pad though. I really wanted a keyboard and mouse combo for my Mac 128K
I had planned on going, but after walking into my basement and seeing the mess of computers I have laying around, I decided it would be better for my marriage and my sanity if I just stayed home. After seeing your video, I still have mixed emotions. But probably better off that I didn't go. And the ad agency I worked for in the 90s and early 2000s had a few of those Mac Tables. They really were nothing special, but it was kind of cool to use something so low-tech by a tech company. I wish I knew what happened to those tables when the ad agency closed shut down. I shudder to think.
Who was the one who had the Japanese headlined price tags? That NEC Spinwriter would have been a good buy. They are built like a tank and they use a rather unusual vertical axis "pinwheel". They were made both as serial terminals and as standalone printers.
This market is great. It would put my life in danger, because my wife has had enough of my museum of “old things”, for me they are my treasures. I own a large collection of Macs (all Macs destop since 89 and all iMacs up to 2017) and the only Performa I own is the LC 475 in which I installed a 68040 and an Ethernet card. I used to see this range as mass-market and unjustly hated it for that reason alone. My favorites are the Quadra 700, Quadra 950, 840av and one that I respect like my dear Macs: The Be Box (whose BeOS CD was given to me by the great Jean-Louis Gasse himself). I'm sorry I don't have a Daystar Genesis MP (Quadra 950 on steroids), but I'm not giving up. In another genre, the HP Kayak XU, SGI Indy, O2 and Octane are also excellent machines that I've enjoyed using and bought when they were affordable.
hi (sorry to post this here,) butttt...if anyone wants old Apple stuff, my neighbor retired in the summer & I helped him clean out his garage Lots of stuff: - Powermac G4 QuickSilver (no monitor, keyboard, mouse - don't know if it works or not) - a iMac G5 (doesn't work, because RAM is in the iSight iMac G5 - another iMac G5 with iSight (works & has the other G5s ram added: 2x 512MB; 1.83GHz) - USB 3'5" drive & a few disks; LaCie DVD burner + blank DVDs, CD-RWs, some games, Virtual PC CD-rom, a few Mac OS discs ...if anyone wants to trade with me or for free if you pay for shipping because it's expensive 😕 (I'm trying to save/trading for a new(ish) Apple iMac for myself) (I'm in Canada, where there are no swap meets like this :(
i’d be overwhelmed, I’d want to buy so much of these beautiful vintage computers
12:12 the post show printer walk of shame! 😁

I would have loved to pick up one of those Molar Macs for $25.. now, to ship it to Australia.. hmmm......
They'll need some dental whitening.
Ha ha! I see a printer in the free pile that I dropped off at a totally different convention several states away!
Thanks!
Oh man, they changed the date! I was looking forward to going next weekend! I totally missed it
thank you, so im not crazy. i was super looking forward to it, but its my fault for not double checking and just trusting what i had blocked out in my calendar...
Oh wow, congrats on the Mac Table!
So many cool things! Thanks for sharing.

Ahhh... you caught me away from my table at 5:49!
Very cool! Looks like you got a bunch of awesome additions to the collection! I didn’t know the MacTable was even a thing, but that is super cool! I’m sure you’ll be able to use that well. Great video!
Great video, always fun taking a look back at the things other people noticed at the tables and what they picked up! :)
That guy was SMART walking around with a JACKERY Solar Generator to test things before buying
Thanks for the video. I love the MacTable, what a score!
What an epic score!
I’ve wanted a molar mac for so long!! I’d definitely would have grabbed one… or maybe two! Also what a score on the Mac Table!!
That Atari ST 1040 + the screen..😍
Many thanks for posting. I am glad that don't live near. Or else I would there collecting more stuff 😊
I bought that TI-1200 calculator at 2:19. My first calculator was a TI-1200. Good to buy back my childhood... then type 5318008 on it after I put a 9V battery in it. :)
Oh, man!!! I wish we had swap meets like this in my region!
it's refreshing to hear sane prices for used junk lol
even im not there to take advantage :)
I was really looking forward to this event, but had a close member of the family pass away and we had a funeral on Saturday. Thanks for sharing… I’m all jealous now . 😅
It was awesome meeting you!
I will be going here in June! I will FOR SURE make a video on my second channel!
What events like this are in the future? I like early 8 bit systems like Apple iie. I am out of the loop, and don't hear about events like this until afterwards.
Thank you in advance.
wow at 4'58" you have a flight case of TRS80 model I !! just accross the boxed Imagewriter II
so many good deals my van would have been full of good stuff, sure wish something like this could happen up northwest
I always seem to hear about these after the fact! I'm not far away from System Source so I'm hoping to catch the next one they have.

Was that a replica apple 1 in the brief case?
I should keep an eye for nearby VCF swap meets. I have several older laptops and peripherals I would rather give away than send to a scrap dealer. These items have more sentimental value than monetary value.

The nice mechanical keyboards and Sony PVMs were probably the first to go.
You missed the tables on the side of the lot, beside the Free Pile, like the table where I was selling a boxed 30" Apple Cinema Display. :)
I didn’t miss those, they just didn’t end up on the final edit. There was so much cool stuff available!
I did see the Cinema Display, but I always have 4 of them, I don’t need another 😅
i would have picked up the iic and the monitor just because i am looking for one :)
WOAH what is that brown crt monitor at 7:02? it looked like the classic youtube icon from the early iphone!!
I need a IIgs color monitor but couldn't find one in Dallas. 😢
I so wanted to make the journey up there, but my job would not allow me to take the time off. It would have been worth it for one of those G3 AIOs.
I sadly got there at noon when people were starting to pack up. I got a really cool SGI mouse pad though. I really wanted a keyboard and mouse combo for my Mac 128K
I'd give anything to have something local here like that in Alabama
This looks like a gold mine to me. I'm buying now with my eyes

Is there a website where I can find one of these in Los Angeles County (besides the Rose Bowl)?
Your best bet is to look up vintage computer and electronic groups on Facebook etc.
That portable tandy for $60 😢
I'd have bought one of those Model 2 Sega Genesis consoles. My model 1 Genny is dying.
I would have taken that QuickSilver G4 for a reasonable price.
Whoever had the Jackery power station should have tied it down!
I would've leapt on the Atari Jaguar. Pounced, one might say.
Great video again for one of these swap meets. Every time I saw something that I liked, I slowly blinked, and heard a Ka-Ching sound...
I might be a bit dense but what does a Mac Table do besides being a flat surface?
It had adjustable flaps because it was the 1980's, so why not.
*cries in North Carolina*
You Should Buy Novient Falcon And Copy Of Windows vista
I was the one selling those! All 3 of my Falcons sold, and so did a lot of Vistas
Was that @userlandia at 11:19 ?
Sure was! We actually did a live narration but it was spoiled by some nearby walkie-talkies so I had to re-dub it after the show.
hi (sorry to post this here,)
butttt...if anyone wants old Apple stuff,
my neighbor retired in the summer & I helped him clean out his garage
Lots of stuff:
- Powermac G4 QuickSilver (no monitor, keyboard, mouse - don't know if it works or not)
- a iMac G5 (doesn't work, because RAM is in the iSight iMac G5
- another iMac G5 with iSight (works & has the other G5s ram added: 2x 512MB; 1.83GHz)
- USB 3'5" drive & a few disks; LaCie DVD burner + blank DVDs, CD-RWs, some games, Virtual PC CD-rom, a few Mac OS discs
...if anyone wants to trade with me or for free if you pay for shipping because it's expensive 😕
