A prison without bars where the PDL's (person denied of liberty) can swim in waterfalls, walk through jungles, play tennis, talk and mingle with random visitors, and even run their own stores that sell beer. All of this inside a prison! This place is based in the city of Puerto Princesa in Palawan, Philippines.
