    Too many ongoing red flags for me to believe this is in any way a good idea. The timings of her s.a. disclosure, her changing stories. I beleve she has matured as a master manipulator. Who is going to monitor her objectively with the corrective measures carried out if necessary? it all seems aimed at supporting and protecting her from others and relying on her disclosing anything and not masking as she did growing up and I also believe that has done ever since.

And only since her last court appearance for reintegration did she really step up and do a complete 180 and she's been there over 10 yrs ! Her co defendant has been released! I don't think she should be allowed back into society yet !

  • @kristinludwig4828
    @kristinludwig4828 13 дней назад +2

    What concerns me is the 180 degree change in opinion by the 1st psychiatrist from only 9 months ago. Also that she continues to lie, has a lack of family support, blames her family for her actions, very recently lied about faking a mental disorder, is still unclear about why she did it, and has not taken advantage of all the programs available to her. Basically she learned what words to say to the doctor so now she gets her vote. I wouldn’t want this girl anywhere near me or my family and I can only imagine how her victim feels. I also don’t like how each time she asks if this girl poses a risk to others, the doctor keeps clarifying “not right now”. She doesn’t sound very confident to me.

    • @julialay6632
      @julialay6632 11 дней назад

      My thoughts, too. If say the doctor continues to say these things like 3 years in the future, I’d understand it. It’s been less than a year. She also had an attempt in 2021. You don’t fix problems like that in a few years.

  • @julialay6632
    @julialay6632 11 дней назад +1

    Very very concerned about this. She obviously is not clear about who she is as an individual in society. As mentioned, she’ll be easily manipulated. I wonder if she’s been manipulated to say whatever sounds best for her release. And the fact that a year ago, she still was saying she made up her delusions. And her relationship with her family is strained (she accused them of awful stuff, too). If they no longer want to be a part of her life, and a predator gets to her, this will be bad. Very very bad. I hope to never have to come back to this comment. I don’t think she’s ready. She needs more time to show confidence in herself. That’s not there. Ugh

    I’m glad her victim crawled away to get help, and survived. Judge Behren has had this case for a long time. He’s following the law. She’s scheduled for a provisional release in 60 days. I hope she succeeds and becomes a good member of society. She’s still quite young after 10 years in a psychiatric facility. If she screws up, it’s on her.

    I think anyone who did what she did should be in prison for the rest of their life. I then remind myself she was 12 and mental incapable of understanding the true nature of the crime. The judge really had no other choice as the prosecutors needed to present a reason why it should not happen and he didn’t. His argument for keeping her institutionalized was rather pathetic. On the other hand the psychologists and psychiatrists gave a master class in psychology and presented a convincing case for her release to a group home.

    what a tough case. i have a few kids around me who are about that age, tweenies, and i cant even imagine having them stay home alone and take care of themselves, let alone be treated as an adult and be responsible for their actions. in my opinion, there are way more dangerous people in society (just watch the news), so if she will be monitored, she should get a chance to redeem herself. 10 years for a kid is basically a new beginning.

    I can't believe this. Morgan getting an early release? I still believe she poses a risk of harming herself and others. Morgan is really good at manipulation so she should not be released early. I've watched both interview videos before and I could tell Anissa has remorse and I believe she was manipulated by Morgan. But I believe Morgan does not even today I still don't believe she has remorse. Anissa was very cooperative during her interview and Morgan was not.
    I heard Morgan will be released to a group home, and I hope she has more strict regulations then Anissa like not being allowed to use the Internet except at the group home, but I hope she doesn't get to use the Internet at all. And I'm sure she'll have an ankle monitor on just like Anissa did and have no contact with Anissa or with Payton or her family or friends. Anyway, if she does get to use the Internet, I'm pretty sure her activity will be monitored by the State Department of Correction. We will see what the future holds for Morgan because if she tries anything funny, she'll go right back to the mental institution, and the same for Anissa.
