I absolutely love trotters soup, ; my dad introduced them to me at a young age. Delicious spices of variety w/lemon and olive oil. They're to die for. I usually eat those w/a salads and a lemon dijon vinaigrette or top it with hot sauce, dijon mustard and eat them straight from the dish w/ naan. Wow! It's like a heaven to me! 😇👍🏻😋
