That shot of Yasu at the writing table on 02:43 is forever etched in my soul. I watched this before getting into When They Cry verse, but even now it is the first image that comes to me when I think about seagulls! To me, this shot and Umineko are synonyms.

I would like to see one of them get together, except George. What a shame they are all dead and is impossible the make they alive again, I was hoping Angie would resurrect them, but in the end it was just her own dissolution, "if the everyone in world say they dead i gonna refuse that" or something like this.

I don't hate Jeorge, just don't like is relationship with Sayo. Specifically how he fell in love with her when he was 17 and Shannon was 10, a little you know....and whe now is Shannon who wrote the short story about the first and second game in that paper, where she describe how George likes being in power in the relationship.

I love love LOVE this art style! It's so pretty and goes perfectly with the lovely song, all the while not hiding being the cute exterior to portray the terror and despair of Yasu's story. Fantastic work, thanks so much for sharing ❤️

Omg!! I'm not super familiar with what this is based on, but the art is gorgeous! The way in which the translated lyrics replicated a sort of comic style really fits so well-especially with the mostly grayscale. Each frame has so much detail too!! This is just incredible
