I believe you looked up the notes for Goutal Songes in the EDT version. The bottle you have is the EDP and it does have different notes. It still has frangipani, ylang ylang, tiare flower and jasmine but there is also cumin, pepper, cinnamon, patchouli and benzoin so maybe it seems heavier than expected… Loved this haul, I really like your taste in perfume.
Songes slowly grows on you. It took time to love it but now I get it. It is very unique and personal. All of Goutal feel like memories in a bottle. Thank you for your review.
My mom’s signature scent for many years used to be Gardenia Passion from Annick Goutal. After decades of wearing it, she finally got sick of the fragrance and stopped wearing it all together. I must admit, it’s fantastic perfume and amazing performance.
Stephanotis is a type of jasmine from Madagascar. It's also in Chloe Love Story. I'm a sucker for fresh white florals like Fleur de Cristal and Coach Signature. 🌼💕

I haven’t heard anything about Lalique Cristal and love spring flowers so this sounds fab! The angelique in the first Goutal would give it a green and slightly bitter quality. I really love Goutal Hadrien (super fresh, light, elegant, unisex, almost like a men’s cologne), Petite Cherie (opposite, crazy feminine, fruity but sophisticated), and Nuit Étoilée (sparking winter woods). I love Lalique le Parfum but def have to be in a certain mood and head space. Thanks for the great video!
Did you know that testers are generally a little bit stronger so you scored big time Gabriela. Nice haul the Lalique bottles are so beautiful its an underrated house for sure. What a lovely haul, i hope you enjoyed your time with your parents.

The edits to the second one i was not happy about at SanJuan Capistrano. Anywayyyy as an actor you might play a girly girl or you might play a tomboy girl. I’m more of a tomboy girl leaning toward the masculine side meaning i don’t wear dresses or heels unless it’s for a part. Anyway, can you do a segment on what fragrance you would appreciate if your best friend were a Cancer like me. I have tried CK1 which i like but i hear negative comments that it is too common. I just bought Hayley Kiyoko’s perfume Hue, which i like but it’s a little toward the feminine side. Could ya? Would ya? That would be awesome!🙋🏽🙏🏼😀

Most perfect frangipani that I have found so far is Ormonde Jayne Frangipani. It's perfect!
If you like Spiriteuse double vanille I think you would love Sultan Noir by Pascal Moribito…it’s also very affordable!! 😀
