😳 wow. I obviously didn't know. I will be getting them- all of them.
Make sure you get the one that vibrates that one’s my favorite.
@David, mine too
Great. Do dilators require ongoing use for us ladies with small vaginal openings, or will any stretching be permanent? Thanks
can you sleep with it?
I'm so afraid of accidental pregnancy.
I have vaginismus. I'm too afraid to have sex. How would I cope with the pain of a surgical abortion?
Or pregnancy examinations? And childbirth?
I am also face same problem. I cant recover it😢😢
How long and how often should you do this and how long before you see results? For instance, you said you should do it before intercourse like the same day or weeks and proceeding?
I been trying to open up it's difficult ill be getting one...
Will you be on them for life or can you leave them when you’re fixed
Leave them 😮
How many times a week do you recommend using the trainer and for how long. Thank you!
Hi Heather, Depending on your situation 2-3 times a week my be enough. Typically we recommend starting with a small amount of time like 5-10 minutes then increasing as tolerated.
Hi can I help you 😮
Which type of better? Plastic or silicon dilator?
I’ve heard it’s silicon but idk?
Can you use this if you want to use sex toys but can because they won't fit in you?
Hey would botox help?
For the women who are having anxiety issues because you're having sex for the first time. Remember ...
1. It's designed for that (and more)
2. You're going to be fine. If anything practice relaxing in your *mind*. Get all romantic without having sex. What's the rush? The journey is just as fun as the destination.
3. Remember this comment. When that fine day arrives you're going to pinch yourself because you'll think you've gone to heaven
Can u plz help i m suffering from vaginimus i m from India which dilators i can get plastic based or silicon based

Silicon dilators are better at initial level because they are flexible
plastic dilators because they are rigid provide good therapy but difficult to work with initially
@@Sk-sm7lu silicone ones are safer and better than plastic ones is the general feedback. Plastic ones might be cheaper but not good to enter your body
vaginimus ? you must read book toxic supperfoods, from Sally K Norton, on oxalates, which is direct link to pain. Or check out Vulvar pain foundation, diet to help with proper diet.
Hello, we are newly married and haven't had sex till date. At the time of insertion it feels like vaginal opening is small and I get scared to forcefully insert. Can we use dilator and try Intercourse.. For how many days one should use dilators.. Is it recommended to use without any prescription as well
A dilator may help but it is always recommended to consult with a local pelvic PT before trying!
I hope y'all know there is another solution available for this, and yes it's all natural...
What ??
@@saurabhpal7027 Take a SWAG at it...?
Get out of here, dude. This is no place for your perversion.
Hello, If i use this , will I lose my virginity ?
Those look like penises, so since you're a virgin, I would say don't put anything in there. I would love to be with a virgin on our honeymoon as every man would! When you and your future husband become one, it'll be a perfect fit for you and him, and you will both love eachother and be blessed!
Good question
No. These are therapeutic tools.
Ive yet to meet a women with this problem
It is very common!
Its very common, and most wont tell their partner theyre in pain. Ive met so many women who have painful sex. Its not always where you can barely get a tampon in (me) and they have to say no to sex altogether and be open with their problems. And I assume most women with this problem whos NOT gonna have intercourse with you will tell you
youve probably dated one lmao we just dont tell anyone it hurts
I used to think pain was normal and expected
I’m one lol
