How do people grow clusters of cysts like this? Especially on their faces? He needs medicine to slow down the shedding of skin into the cysts. Then I think a derm would have to do basically what the spa tech did, except with neater incisions and stitches.
You can tell this person is older and his skintone indicates he labors outside a lot. Decades of being out in the Sun makes all that trapped sweat, sebum, dirt, and skin cells makes them more prone to skin thickening cystic acne.

Normally we get about 10-15 minutes and the rest is cooking and can't even understand what shes saying. Well 10 minutes on the nose. So that leaves over an hour to cooking.
