After their mission to Oba Diah, Anakin and Obi-Wan return to the Jedi Temple with troubling news. The Darth Tyrannus who commissioned the clone army is Count Dooku.
Anakin: That doesn't make sense, the clones have been nothing but loyal and they've never helped the CIS.
Obi-Wan: We must consider the possibility this happened before Dooku fully embraced the Dark Side.
Yoda: Possible, but great is the risk of not considering the threat. Compromised, the entire clone army might be.
Mace: Master Yoda is right. We have no idea how deep Dooku's influence goes. While they might be allies to us today, there's no telling what might come in the future, especially with this war.
Shaak-Ti: Wasn't there an incident a few weeks back of friendly fire with a clone executing a Jedi?
Anakin shifts uncomfortably at the memory. Not only was that one of his soldiers, but the resulting investigation led to Fives nearly killing the chancellor and being executed by the Coruscant Guard.
Anakin: Yes, one of my men killed Master Tiplar. I still don't know exactly what happened, but one of my men claims that the clones have chips programmed into their heads.
Mace: The one who tried to kill the chancellor?
Anakin: Hesitates. Yes. That one.
Despite the shaky source, the Council understands the threat and wants to look into the clones. However, another problem is the mysterious Darth Sidious. Although they've known about this dark lord since Geonosis, they have no clue about his identity beyond being an influential government official.
He will likely try to halt their progress if they try to investigate. But there is also an opportunity to lure him out into the open. The council agrees to petition the chancellor to launch a senate inquiry into these inhibitor chips with Jedi supervision. They reason that if a Sith Lord like Count Dooku is involved, the Jedi have a stake in this development.
The chancellor and senate are reluctant to launch any investigation, reasoning that they must present a united front, and an investigation like this might anger the Kamonioans. In turn, this infighting might cause other groups to join the CIS.
Mace Windu remains adamant, reminding them that the Sith have now infiltrated the clones, posing a security threat. He takes this further by threatening to pull the Jedi Order's support in the war.
This bold move is controversial as Palpatine makes it seem like the Jedi are abandoning their duties to chase shadows. Much of the senate rallies alongside them as do the Kaminoans. They claim that the Jedi want to prolong the war to gain more power.
However, others support the Jedi's actions, especially when heroes like Mace Windu and Obi-Wan support the decision. As tensions escalate, many Jedi begin to leave the front lines. At first, it is the Padawans, the elders, then those in the temple. Soon Jedi knights depart and then the masters.
The Order does this gradually, leaving in small groups over several weeks. This ensures their disappearance isn't obvious until it's too late to stem the tide. Most Jedi meet up in Dagobah, though a handful of Jedi remain on Coruscant.
Taking a page from the Sith, they decide to work from the shadows to figure out the identity of Darth Sidious. Each Jedi spies spy on a senator suspected of being the Sith Lord. Among them is Anakin who was given the most important task of all, to keep an eye on Palpatine.
However, this also allows him to spend more time with Padme. Palpatine meets with Anakin regularly, being the only Jedi in his inner circle. Still, he does continue his mission to spy on the chancellor.
As the two meet, Anakin notes how much the chancellor is trying to turn him against them. He sees small hints of Palpatine hinting more and more that he has dark side abilities. He reports all of this to the Jedi who demand Anakin continue spying on them.
Palpatine: My boy, I am so glad you have not joined this farce of a protest the Jedi have launched.
Anakin: Of course, I must admit the Jedi raise many valid concerns. You've seen what happens when those inhibitor chips malfunction.
Palpatine: That was one incident amongst millions of clones. Surely you've seen their loyalty first hand. Can you truly say they are traitors?
Anakin: Well no, but Tup, the trooper who killed Master Tiplar acted like he could not control himself. If all the clones could be told to act that way, it would be disastrous.
Before Palpatine can respond, the room shakes violently. An explosion echoes through the corridors of the Senate building, followed by the distant sounds of blaster fire and the unmistakable hum of lightsabers. The office doors burst open, and clone troopers rush in, with their weapons ready.
Commander Fox's squad hurries to secure the office while Anakin ignites his lightsaber.
SPOILER Explanation below:
The fact that Anakin had a smoother turn to the dark side without any emotions burdening him, and the fate of his children at stake, he could embrace the dark side more making him stronger. With only the safety of Padme and his children on his mind with Palpatine pseudo-blackmailing him, he became even more tunnel-visioned on the task at hand.
Cutting down 3 powerful masters also made him arrogant, attempting to turn Ahsoka and leaving himself vulnerable. The events that occurred also allowed Ahsoka to give in to the dark side slightly. At the end of the day, nobody knows Anakin's fighting style quite like Ahsoka and Obi-Wan.
I really doubt that vaapad would be overwhelmed by the darkside since it was meant to redirect it and could defeat Palpatine who is one of the greatest Sith lord to ever exist.

I did not like this, it made Anakins turn to easy
I will make a reply about this. Number 1 only knowing Anakin’s jedi self due to Clones talking about order 66 mainly Fives before he died it would be planned. So Anakin would’ve not turned into the Dark Side after he had killed General Grievous. After he heard the words for Padme and the kids. He had not got the dreams from the Sith Lord so therefor Sheev’s plan would not work Anakin would’ve betrayed the mysterious Sith Lord and the Jedi would’ve survived order 66 easily after Anakin had the meeting in the Sith lord’s hideout. Then using the tunnel waves and the vehicles. Sheev Palpatine would not have a chance to escape due to the Jedi using the tunnels to get to the chancellors office to cut him off and some Republic Troops the senate guards and Naboo guards(actual senate troopers) with the police droids would’ve slightly gain the higher ground by a chance of stopping him. Because hearing about this “Theory” the middle of the story would’ve been the Jedi gaining the victory along with Anakin than Anakin turning to the Dark Side easily. Knowing Star Wars and Remembering what else can it be. Might make a Encounter Video.

Palpatine was the master of contingency plans and adaptable plans. It wouldn’t have mattered, as as soon as the Jedi committed to the clone wars, it was a forgone conclusion.

What I don't like is how dumb anakin is. He doesn't think, he doesn't even make the slightest connection that if Palpatine is Sidious, then he was behind everything, even the assasination attempt on Padme. And with how he betrays the Jedi here....

I seriously doubt that Anakin would be able to defeat both Dooku and Windu in the same confrontation. The main reason Anakin beat Dooku in ROTS was due to Palpatine telling Dooku to get Anakin angry so that he feeds off the dark side and feign defeat.
It's actually not that unrealistic Zonakin is a better saber duelist then Senate Yoda per Gillard/Lucas and has significantly more raw power then Senate Sidious and Tyranus actually ignored that order from Sidious when he saw how dangerous and powerful the Ani-Obi-Duo had become let alone the Zonakin state he simply lost because Anakin is that good.
The reason Anakin beat Tyranus wasn't just because of the DS he broke down his fear crushed it temporarily tapping into his full potential in the Zonakin state as Darth Bane Path Of Destruction makes this clear is how full potential works it's not a future god mode thing it's all mental.
Edit:Ahsoka besting KF Vader however is utterly absurd and is definitely unrealistic.

This was a great story. I find it hard to believe that Anakin would beat Count Dooku and Mace Windu, but this story was very well told.

This one was action packed and i saw the power of Anakin when he killed Kit Fisto, Plo Koon, Mace Windu and Dooku and how Ahsoka defeated Anakin in his stomach and the Jedi lived on Dagobah.
D’awww dooku recognized Anakin as a master. The nicest Sith Lord.

You’re entitled to your opinion :) I felt anakin was more trying to turn ahsoka to the dark side more than defeat her. He became arrogant and let his guard down
As we know darth vader was a natural engineer and could use mechaguru or whatever so what if he used skill to create nanobots to repair his lungs and burns while also making limbs that could conduct the force to make lightning. This could relate to inquisitor baris as she used nanobots in the bomb and he may remember nanobots and their uses. He could could also conduct experiments diguised as torture to fool sidious, learning to heal wounds, make force sensitive droids/limbs and using nano bots to manipulate mididclorians to strip or enhance the force in individuals.
What I was thinking was that he used nanobots to remove scar tissue especially around the lungs and he would be dipped in bacta or bacta would be applied this would allow him breath which means he can meditate more deeply. And for the limbs, it is possible to make material force sensitive and I was thinking he make limbs skeletal looking like in attack of the clones but would then cover the we either grafed flesh from his body or flesh made from his blood and other ingredients like perhaps kyber crystal this would make the force flow from him easier and perhaps with the sith alchemy in the limbs making his force lightning more powerful. Basically an uber vader who is perhaps stronger than full potential anakin.
This was a wild theory....

I was done around 21:30 because it felt like by this point there was no change in the story. Anakin still turns and the majority of the council still died even though they made preparations beforehand. So it just felt like things played out the same
if you got the same characters and a same-ish format, it's bound to repeat a few times. But it is understandable. I don't really notice things until others point them out. Then it's obvious.
This story was completely unrealistic! Anakin is too powerful!

I think his family meant everything to him, I’m not sure I’d call the safety of his children and his freedom to raise them and be with his family as a petty reward. On top of that, palpatine was borderline blackmailing him.
I felt since this turn to the dark side was much cleaner than in cannon, he was able to embrace the dark side quicker and gain power faster

@DarthTheorist This is pretty petty when you take into account the sources that say Anakin saw the Jedi as Family as well the only reason he betrayed them in the actual timeline was because he felt he had no choice it was them or Padme.

The only thing u left out is either Obi-wan or Ahsoka, before her exile, she'd tell Padme. It would be a confession cause if her guilt, but just like the canon funeral she would feel like she owed it to Padme

I find this one.. very peculiar.
Anakin would not win that 3v1. Additionally, an Anakin pushed to see the constant threat his loved ones are under would not act like this. The problems in canon weren't just his stupidity, but the distrust from the Council, and his inability to find someone to speak with.
Here, he was included, and the reason for spying on the Chancellor made sense. In fact, if Dooku was on the Jedi side, using the immense CIS reserves, the clone army wouldn't have been able to keep the droids from reaching the battle anyway.
The Council doesn't survive, but had been gathered together while also having an inkling that Palpatine is the Sith Lord and the clones could be controlled. I don't even think the masters would've failed to see Anakin's turn.. just the 501st, no venator bombardment, and Mace, Fisto, Plo, and similar masters.. I don't see it working out.
And.. Anakin overwhelming Mace with that darkness isn't possible. Yea, Anakin has a lot, but Mace fought Palpatine who'd have so much more after so much planning. Vader did eventually return to the Light and never fully lost sight of it.
What if the Night Sisters allied with the Jedi knowing Sidious would come after them next.

Anakin Skywalker was the ONLY innocent person involved in Order 66 .
Palpatine was guilty of starting and manipulating a war .
Mace Windu was guilty of treason for attempting to assassinate the legally elected leader of the Republic .
The jedi were guilty for the actions of their High Council in not only spying on the Supreme Chancellor , but for sending a kill team to assassinate the Chancellor .
Anakin did not betray Windu , he successfully stopped a assassination attempt .
Then as far as the attack on the jedi temple , he was acting under orders from the lawful head of the Republic .
Along with a temple guard , Anakin stopped a coup detat by the jedi .
Whether you like it or not , you can't dispute any of those facts .

Now I'm thinking what if starkiller from the first game before facing the emperor gets pulled into world between worlds being flung into the past becoming part of the clone wars and eventually fighting anakin on mustafar and just like a game there's a vision of the dark side ending and a vision of a light side ending
I think Anaki even with the Darkside wont be able to square up against 2 Jedi master at the same time. he barely beat Dooku in the original story, and that is also questionable if you subcribe to the theory that Dooku go easy on Anaki under Palpatine instruction. having him be able to kill so many Jedi Master this early on is very unlikely
What if Anakin, thanks to his experience as a slave, and the backfiring of Palpatine's manipulations, became the Star Wars equivalent of a Marxist revolutionary, instead of a fascist, as in the og timeline. This Anakin, hating the corporations and the corrupt, thanks to his childhood, is first friends with Palpatine, but when the Chancellor then does nothing against the corruption, Anakin becomes suspicious against Palpatine. Just before the Clone Wars, Anakin becomes more independent than ever, and leaves the Jedi Order to save his mum. He succeds in this, and decides to stay on Tatoine, to free all the slaves. He forms a new faction, the People's Federation of the Outer Rim, and tries to free more people, as a folk hero. Anakin inspires the people of the Outer Rim to rise up against the Crime Lords, and rule themselves. Obi Wan, Ahsoka and Plo Koon later joins his faction, and events continues from here. How would this affect the war? Would the Empire still be formed by Palpatime?
Ehhh this one seems to be a stretch and not for me…but I do love your style and story building! This one just seems a bit too forced to get Anakin to the dark side when really it took all of the events of episode 3 happening one after the other on basically a 2 or 3 day period plus Palpatine was not just manipulating him but also forcing the dreams on him. He also built upon things that were visibly happening and could be misinterpreted, Anakin is a loose cannon and if being blackmailed about Padme would have just told the order himself at this point and left more likely.
Man the way he went to the dark side was cheap on this one

You had me right up untill you had Ahsoka kill Anakin. 😢 it was a really good story up untill that point. Ahsoka always struggled with heavy hitters the likes Balin, Anakin or Grievous for that matter. Even with him wounded and exhausted, Ahsoka is no match for Anakin.
What if darth vader went to darthomir to learn. New suit or perhaps more unique powers.
Resurrect talzin maybe.
what if Vokara Che became a mentor to anakin as anakin was being treated for bullying and trauma from being a slave.

What if anakin was piloting before attack of the clones and sensed ventress fall to the darkside as her master died and took his ship to the planet to investigate. Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories.
Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself.

What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia.
What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance.
What if oppo rancis trained anakin.
What if anakin met and fell in love with ventress just before the clone wars just after her masters death.
What if anakin became a jedi sentinel like a watchmen or one of those who find younglings.
What if evan piel became a mentor or second master to anakin.
Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.
I'm sorry but how did the clones finish off the Jedi council converged? Even if caught by surprise, also why did Anakin fall to the dark path on this run? The only reason he did so in the main was fear for his wife's passing and even there he did everything he could to stay in the light before it was snuffed from him

No way would Anakin defeat Mace and Dooku together. Even just Mace 1v1 wouldn't be realistic.
Actually the raw power of Vader (which at this point has fully embraced the Dark SIde even more deeply than in ROTS) could actually cause the feedback loop that Vaapad causes against Darkside Opponents to backfire on Mace if he kept using it for too long. Specially after absorbing the Negative Emotions of Dooku and the many Jedi after they felled which fueled Vader against Mace (a typical Sith technique most Sith Warriors have used for millenia taught from very young age and that Anakin had used without knowing during the Clone Wars in several ocassions)
What if anakin was found by jedi belonging to another sect like corelia or those nomadic jedi who allow attachment.
What if anakin went to dathomir in revenge of the sith to search for ways to save padme.
What if yoda decided to swap the masters of ferus olin and anakin.
So anakin with siri.

What if ahsoka and anakin crash landed on bendu's planet. Also what if darth vader joined thrawn in meeting the bendu and went on a spiritual journey back to the dust ball tatiotene.

What if Count Dooku became General Grevious? Not literally, but Dooku early before or into the war, suffers a horrific injury/accident and is put into the suit that General Grevious would have had originally.
