I've been waiting for around 4 months now, and I still haven't been rolled out voice chat. Is there a reason why or is roblox still trying to give it out?? My account joined roblox in 2019, it is 13+, it has phone number and email connected. I feel like i'm really unlucky.
Roblox voice chat comes in waves of beta testing (if you don't have an ID to verify your age). By the next time they push out beta testing, you have a good chance at getting voice chat, but if you don't you'll just have to keep waiting for beta testing "waves" until you get it. It's not your fault for not knowing about this because he didn't include any of this information in the video, but moral of the story; be paitient.
I have the same problem but most likely it is because you are not from these countries US, CA, UK, AU, NZ, ES, MX, CL, CR, PR.

This is correct kreek, I'm 13 but do not have a ID, I tried using my passport but it's gonna expired soon and in Canada the lines are super long. This is a game changer but I'm not gonna add my phone number because of sim card switching. This update is definitely gonna make Roblox feel like COD and Xbox voice chats.

Ok, I'm bit late to this lmao but this isn't all true. Roblox voice chat isn't necessarily given out to everyone, It's just given out in waves to a very large number of players as a form of beta testing. All you need to do is verify your email and phone number and eventually, by the time another "wave" of beta testing for voice chat is given out, you have A CHANCE at getting it. Now, that isn't to say that if you don't get it by the next time they give out beta testing, you won't get it at all. In the end, you just have to wait your turn, and I promise you, you'll get it.

I stopped using voice chat because their was some issues with it but now it seems to be fixed and luckily more people are going to have it so it's more useful

Well there’s no voice chat filters so they can say anything so I don’t like to ever use voice chat but I never used it
Vc is good but I don't like that people can't fake 13 year old accounts while being 9 or 10. And plus alot of 13 year Olds are just flat stupid and misinformed on a bunch of topics. Everyone's gonna be arguing

I honestly think this a great way to get people to add their email to their roblox account. It will add so much extra security to so many accounts and reduce the amount of hacked accounts every day dramatically. And you get voice chat on top.

@@LocyWocy So basicly you need to be in one of the countries that roblox allows OR use a vpn, the important thing is that the account needs to be created in that country or you can also use a vpn for that

Once you join a game and it says "Enable voice chat blablabla" DO NOT PRESS JOIN WITHOUT
If you press "Join without vc" You cannot enable it afterwards. This happened to me and now I cannot enable my VC

I've had my account for 6 years so the email and phone number are already verified. I haven't recieved any kind of pop up nor seen anything about voice chat in my game. Yet, my friends have it, do you know what the issue could be?

If you set your birthday date to something that makes you under 13, there won’t be an add phone number option. So it kind of does prevent children from unlocking voice chat
But am 13+ and I don't see the phone number on mobile but on PC yes..
