Growing up in the system you don't have a choice but to stay humble. You leave a home , you leave with a few changes of clothes. No toys no comics no bike no nothing. Now that's humbling. I'm 66 and people have no clue what it is like to live with strangers your whole life. That's why I will be so thankful to go home to be with my God in heaven. This place is beautiful, but heaven is my home for sure. Praying for you guys for real. I really believe you need it.
Everybody should stop talking about people and their weight. She looks real happy, so we all should be happy for her, and accept her the way she is. To me she looks beautiful. And she's still a magnificent singer!
My vocal instructor says that slim people face greater difficulty in getting sufficient air in, and holding it. So, just enjoy the music anyway. For me, i thank Kelly for being herself

Actually - the fact that she started out as a 90 pound cutie and after "filling out" - she STILL has a singing career is a testimony to just how good her voice is. Kelly and Adele are in a class pretty much by themselves. They are both untouchable. And with the spirit and personality Kelly has, she'll always be an object of men's attention.
So if any of you hate Kelly Clarkson for being fat? Think twice about what kind of person you are. Its not just me thats disgusted, anyone would be disgusted, even the people you look up to. So im glad i look up to Kelly Clarkson and still be proud of her

Goes to show you that American Idol is not a false promoter of talent. she is clearly one of the best to win this contest. Some could argue that Carrie Underwood has achieved more, but I think Kelly has shown the strongest voice from the entire crop.

The size of Kelly doesn't matter. She looks like the girl you would see just about anywhere. You do not read about her getting caught up with booze or drugs or running in the wrong circle. She is amazing live and put's her heart and soul into her music. The one's that post on here making fun of her calling her fat and other names are the one's that can't be happy in their own skin and are probably just like the names they are calling her. Great job Kelly keep making great music!
